    I don’t use the realtime scanner, but just scan with it every so often.

    Hi all, is it nessecary to get this, if i use the other latest version, it still update.
    what is the differents, to use the old version, i think with the updates the program must be the same.

    @16-18, yes it works, and no it does not infect ur system so it appears to be working… Symantec and McAfee are bloatware!
    This in conjunction with NOD32 is personally my combo of choice.

    since someone told me that giant wasn’t up to date. (but i really have to say that the system agent etc really work great) ive to change to something else that can stay up to date. i’m not sure to get Sia or bitdefender?

    until this post i wanted to get bitdefender. but Sai seems also to be a great app? so what to chose? maybe Sia because it demands less cpu/mem usage? or … ?

    The main difference is the free version doesn’t allow real time protection where the paid/cracked one does.

    Any know of any difference between NGEN’s release and the one from Resurrection?

    Just skip this program. If you’re really going to go for an anti-spyware app just get CounterSpy or SpySweeper.

    SuperAntispyware has a p.o.s. user interface, options are too spread out and vague, and it rarely finds anything other than cookies.

    And if you’re going to use and anti-virus.. Please use Kasperky, Panda, or AVG. Anything else is just worthless. Don’t say anyone never tried to point you in the right direction.

    Actually kaspersky’s becoming bloated -_-
    The only av slightly better than nod32 is Avira antivir, although it detects some false positives. So eset is still the best.

    This is invaluable for systems infected with the dreaded XP Antivirus 2008 and it’s variants. Cleans them up perfectly (and I get to charge people 40 quid a time for it :) )

    Tried this but wasn’t impressed, I still think Spyware Doctor and Kaspersky I.S. are the pinnacle of protection.

    why in the f{}k would some1 give advise like this? NO NO NO this IS NOT better cuz ITS NOT ANTIVIRUS its ANTISPYWARE/SPAM/MALWARE. use BOTH, keep Avast realtime scanning & this (optional but with current dual/quad cores u will NOT notice a slow down if u keep its realtime scanning on as well). this is by far the best ur gonna get at the momemt for spyware/malware/adware. guys seriously dont listen to tw@tt3rs from here, go to where people actually think before they give recommendations. i suggest wilder forums for security, there u will get sound advise.

    as well the crack job on this is noob but for anyone that wants future updates working without waiting for a patch, grab ur hexeditor of choice & text search for:

    look just below for https://www.superantispy and change this link to hxxps://www.stanktwatter (or whatever, mycokinura$z for the gang here cuz thats their thing)

    This is a VIRUS!!!!….I’m pretty sure many of you have found this out by now. I had to redo my whole system. This torrent should be deleted. It contains that nasty (XP 2008 Antivirus), which is a virus itself.
