Here comes DVDRip of Sci-Fi movie “Sunshine” by FLAiTE. Last one was R5 from mVs but it was subbed russian. Finally you can enjoy in top quality. I saw this movie, and i can say it’s pretty impressive. Enjoy.

Plot: 50 years into the future, the Sun begins to die, and Earth is dying as a result. A team of astronauts are sent to revive the Sun - but the mission fails. Seven years later, a new team are sent to finish the mission as they are Earth’s last hope.

    my man, i totally agree with you. When i went to see “Event Horizon” at the theater, i was fucking scared and blown away with the movie. Thats why i bought it on DVD also when it came out.

    But this crap “Sunshine”, oh my, it was a total waste of time, ok, some descent visuals, but that’s all, not original, boring at times - really boring at other times!!!

    And just as i was thinking what movie to watch tonight, i am going to watch Event Horizon, and skip Sunshine.

    For those of you retards who have a problem with the ending/last 3rd of the movie, get a fucking clue. Way to miss the ENTIRE POINT/SUBTEXT of the movie.

    It’s truly sad just how stupid you people are, especially since the thing isn’t even that hard to grasp. If the movie could be criticized for anything, it’s for basically making it like giant block letters that almost hit the viewer over the head with it’s themes, but it’s unavoidable when it comes to western viewers, since even when it’s staring you blatantly in the face, you clearly miss it.

    Oh, and for those of you going on about the ‘correctness’ of the science behind it, what exactly are you retards talking about? Yes, there are a few liberties with some finer details (ie. explosive decompression, tissue damage rate in deepspace, etc.), but the larger science aspects are perfectly legitimate.

    If your qualms about the film are regarding the sun dying and how they intend to revive it, you should realize that it’s not that the sun is dying due to old age (still over 5 billion years away), but due to what’s called a Q-ball (a super-symmetric nucleus left over from the big bang) that’s interfering with the sun’s matter (I assume hydrogen fusion into helium). In reality, it’s technically still theoretical and scientists are still trying to confirm it’s existance, but it’s pretty much a technicality as to whether it’s fact.

    The bomb is intended to destroy the Q-ball to it’s basic parts and naturally decay, thus allowing the sun to return to normal.

    i actually watched Event Horizon last night and while its true Sunshine has taken many elements from it, Sunshine is directed by Danny Boyle and Event Horizon is directed by Paul WS Anderson….so that right there is an indicator of the quality of the respective films.

    the visuals in Event Horizon are quite dated and ugly. the dialogue is poor, the acting is pretty abysmal and there are plot holes all over the place.

    Sunshine, though by no means perfect, is a much more accomplished movie even with the so called “180 ending”.

    though really it all depends on ones preferences, Event Horizon is basically a “haunted house” movie in a sci-fi setting, Sunshine is hard SF (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hard_sf), even the so called slasher elements in the last third of the movie are not unheard of in science fiction. its really the god complex that has long traditions in literary SF.

    Put it this way, hard SF fans will most likely enjoy Sunshine with its old school SF traditions. Regular movie fans (or science fiction movie fans, filmed sci-fi is so much different to the written stuff) will most likely not enjoy the about turn at the end (or think it is tacked on “hollywood style”) but i think people who have read a lot of pure SF will “get it”.

    For all you people who say this movie isn’t accurate….duh…it’s a friggin movie, if you want reality go watch the history channel or a documentary. Why do people always get worked up because it can’t be true. People go to movies to get away from reality. It’s a movie..it’s supposed to entertain you.
    And please do not tell me not to see it. Everyone has their own opinion and it usually is different from everyone else, that’s what makes life so interesting. We all love different kind of of movies. If you liked it great, if you didn’t, fine.

    The movie is entertaining, I actually liked/didn’t expect the slasher ending. It’s not the pinnacle of scifi but its good and entertaining. I recommend it to anyone who likes scifi, what the hay…its free :)

    The movie really sucks. It’s not even real SF, it’s just placed into SF environment. It could have just easy been western or whatever. And nothing really happens during the movie. And for a movie that heavily builds on science (Sun is dying and that stuff), they could have done some basic science reading about gravity, for example.

    first 2/3 are just boring as hell, it even starts pretty boring when they just throw you in the middle of a storyline, and then it turns in a kinda boring version of event horizon ..

    i really don´t get it why this movie should be a must see or whatsoever .. sorry ;)

    As bad as some of you might think this movie is, I guarantee it’s not as bad as Redline…Even with the blatant use of hot girls and hot cars, the movie still stunk.

    I thought this movie was o.k. Doesn’t do the whole save the world like Armageddon or Space Cowboys, which is a shame.

    what a pile of steaming shit this movie turned out to be……..if you suffer from insomnia this movie may well be a blessing in disguise ..

    Everyone -

    Had to DL and watch it as everyone was either “I hate it” or “I love it”.

    Here’s my verdict:

    “I liked it…not one I’d watch over and over again but it had really good emotion, moral questions, and humanity at it’s worst and best in a very believable way.

    The problem with so very many movies today is characters go through the entire story without ever asking the question of “why”. If some of these numbskull idiots on the screen ever asked that, it would destroy their reasons for doing what they do.

    Sunshine was a wonderful mix of human selflessness and selfishness coupled with top computer graphics and an AWESOME soundtrack.

    Much like the original Dune and Blade Runner, it’s movies such as these that will continue in memory while your latest slasher or actioner will fade into the “been there seen that” category.

    Aye, watch it, enjoy it for what it is and make sure to purchase the soundtrack if it ever appears on the horizon.”

    That’s my thoughts on the matter.

    Side note: I’m biased though…didn’t like Event Horizon…I think it paled in comparison to Sunshine IMHO.

    YOU either like this movie or not. Usually the best of the best divides a big line between who enjoys it or will critize it.

    This movie goes into one of the best movies I’ve seen. It’s a Sci-fi, so if you have anything to critizie go watch the discovery channel of planets or something.

    Just watched Sunshine.2007.DVDRip.XviD.AC3.iNT-MoMo and its very good. You really need the surround sound to get the atmospherics.

    I thought Sunshine had some great ideas and visuals. The slasher part could’ve been polished up. Should have had space cannibals, would’ve made it WIN.

    I thought this was a good movie; I like how they showed the technology; it was futuristic but yet not too futuristic. That made the movie very interesting. The plot was done very well compared to most suck ass hollywood films coming out theses days. I think this is a unique film; with a good cast of characters as well. I recommend it to those with open minds.

    This very special SF movie with excelent visual effects and afther seeing it I was very happy that I watched it. Everybody who like realistic SF movies this is a must. Also recomend Stealth and The Cave of this genre
