Its CORE With an interesting software URL Helper . It provide a one-step solution to finding the URLs for all streams. It does this by searching files and watching network traffic and identifying potential urls

Description:
PTo download windows media streaming, realmedia streaming, flash video and other streaming, you need to know the url(the file name and server address) of you want to download.

Unfortunately, some links to streaming audio and video that you come across on the web are hidden behind javascript or activex scripts. Because of this, it is sometimes very difficult to figure out the actual urls that correspond to the streams being played

It allows conversion of any number of files at once, without opening them individually. No Adobe software is required to do the conversion.

    I prefer using "live http headers" for firefox, it does a great job, and it's free.

    Works very well & fast and do not slow the system down
    Great program for grabing hiden photo url to original
    size images..
    So it ain't only for grabing java movies but also pictures
    :)
    + also as I understood it one can add extension to it too
    if one look for other hidden links…
