Stop-Loss DVDRip XviD-Larceny

Often I won’t have time to look through all the comments in our articles, but today I did some catching up on that while I was bored. I got to the nDn TS proper of Iron Man and was quite amazed at the response from you all. Being an admin/editor for a large site like RLSLOG for quite a while now, I’ve learned to ignore trolls and just IP ban them. Seeing a response in which almost 100% of the posters were on our side was quite astonishing and I want to thank you all for that!

This film was part of the recent VHS Screener rush, which delivered decent quality. If you haven’t yet watched this however, here is the DVDRip. Enjoy.

Quality: As one has come to expect from Larceny Rips, the quality is of very high standard. Seems like Larceny has got a really nice supplier, getting them big films early =)

Edit: Stop-Loss.DVDR-Counterfeit has been released.

A veteran soldier returns from his completed tour of duty in Iraq, only to find his life turned upside down when he is arbitrarily ordered to return to field duty by the Army.

yet another in the seemingly endless parade of “movies” that instead of blaming the idiots that signed the contract that allowed them to be held back for as long as needed or called back for same…it is now somehow someone elses falt for them not reading the contract they willingly signed and gladly took the training and bonuses.

If this was in any court of law in the nation or anywhere else in the world and you tried to get out of a contract that you willingly signed without reading it and then complained about ti, any judge worth their salt would laugh you right out of the courtroom and tell you to stop wasting their time and read the next thing you sign.

If they are that big of morons, then they should not play with sharp objects or be allowed to operate heavy machines nor be out on their own by themselves.

Anyone who watches baseball or has got a divorce knows the complexity of contracts. First of all, BB players decide to renegotiate contracts all the time. And in law, even a signed and sealed contract can be argued against successfully. Also, in the case of army guys, I’m sure being exposed to endless exploding body parts and imminent death might have an effect on the psyche and thus ones ability to successfully do a job or exist as a human being. And I won’t even get into the “fault” of why those that sign up for the military do so. Just that a vast majority are from poor, conservative environments.

P.S. This is a great movie.

That’s not how it is. I was deployed with a guy whose contract was up 5 weeks before we shipped out. He was told he has to deploy, even though his service obligation was complete. I have yet to see this movie, but I imagine its along the same lines. That’s the point of the term “stop loss”, it has nothing to do with trying to get out of a contract early. Needless to say he was pretty pissed off.

*sigh* @26 ice088, do you still have a copy of your military contract that you signed before going into the military? If so, then read the thing. You WILL see that there is a paragraph (that is not in the fine print nor is it trying to be hid in any way as some have suggested) that clearly states that you can be held over (stop loss) for up to 60 days at the end of a conflict or war and can be recalled to active duty for any reason if the need arises and your contract can be extended accordingly.

Dude please DONT try and tell me that this is not there as it was in MY contact when I signed up back in the 1980’s-It was in my nephew and niece’s contracts when they signed up back in the 1990’s-and it was in my nieces step-daughters Marine contract that she just signed five days ago. It is not anyones fault that people sign these things and do not read them EXCEPT the person signing it and they have no one to blame for this but themselves. And you make no sense at all. If he was supposed to go TDY is five weeks, then his contract was NOT up and he could be sent anywhere, so if this pissed him off, tough…deal with it. Nobody said life was easy and it is a real b^%$h when reality comes knocking. Do you think for one second that the people who were “short timers” in WW2-Vietnam-Korea Granada-Desert Thunder and were sent overseas were not pissed as well? But they did what they were told BECAUSE they mostly volunteered (except for WW2 and about half of them were drafted) according to The War Department records that can be seen by the public now.

@13 Anyone who watches baseball or has got a divorce knows the complexity of contracts.

*That is a cop-out and you know it. That is why you are told to have your parents or girlfriend/boyfriend read the contract with you and make up questions. Dont say that this is not what you are told as I was with my great neice when she signed the contract to go into the Marines and she was told this repeatedly. But you made my point exactly..you knew what you were getting into and that you knew the possibility of going to was was there, yet they signed it anyway. I have no pity for whiners*

First of all, BB players decide to renegotiate contracts all the time. And in law, even a signed and sealed contract can be argued against successfully.

*Dude, the military is NOT like out here on the street. Once you sign it, you CANNOT go back on it without some form of punishment. Even the US Supreme Court has ruled in the Everstone case that quite a few of your “rights” are restricted once you join the military and that this is legal and constitutional. The ONLY way you can get out of a legal contract with the military is if you can prove that your recruter lied to you and then you have to go through a JAG officer. So your statement is not based in reality. Oh and the renegotiation? it is called RE-ENLISTING.*

Also, in the case of army guys, I’m sure being exposed to endless exploding body parts and imminent death might have an effect on the psyche and thus ones ability to successfully do a job or exist as a human being.

*Tell that statement to the men who came back from WW2 and Korea and BUILT the society that you are living in now and INVENTED the items that you use daily. Tell them that they should have had trouble getting back into society and then duck as they will more then likely try and whip your arse for insulting them like that*

And I won’t even get into the “fault” of why those that sign up for the military do so. Just that a vast majority are from poor, conservative environments.

*Good because you obviously have no idea what you are talking about nor have you spent one damn day in the military as if you had then you would have known better then to try and post the BS you just spewed.*
