FQM with the latest episode of “Stargate Universe”. Ive heard some mixed reviews on this one from the comments here on rlslog, some people hate it while others like it quite abit. I havent started watching it yet, i usually like to build up quite a few episodes and watching them all over a few days :) Enjoy!

Darkness
Dr. Nicholas Rush tries to find out why the ship’s power reserves are critically low. Colonel Young orders everyone to limit the power consumption. Eventually everything apart from the life support goes out. However, Destiny reaches a solar system with three planets giving them hope to live another day.

    It’s a great show if you like Stargate at all. Also, people who post reviews on rlslog = lame. This site is for downloads, not reviews.

    THx regardless … as for the mixed reviews, I personally wasn’t expecting much after reading about the different approach to this SG series but so far I have enjoyed it…

    @29 – I’m the complete opposite. I couldn’t stand the other SG series bc they were too campy and looked cheap. This one has rich dialog, is actually funny without sacrificing the storyline. I’ve found it’s very similar to Battlestar Galactica, but what can you do. For me, so far so good.

    It’s almost an interesting medium between the old Stargate(s) and Battlestar Galactica. Uses the familiar story, somewhat cookie-cutter plots and characters from SG but the writing has definitely gotten a little richer, darker, and tried to build more of a story and character.

    I don’t think hardcore fans of either will love this series but they can probably get viewers from both sides while winning new fans along the way…

    Wish they would’ve picked up Virtuality =(

    Personally i’m a fan of the Atlantis and SG-1 and after watching the first ep (episode 1-2) i was disappointed, but episode 3 picked things up much more, and i am actually starting to like this series much more i hope todays ep is just as good, if not better

    Its Interesting… good but not great, some actors are good and some are just plane horrible and annoying, but to much like atlantis then SG1. Atlantis went nowhere and was hollow at the end. SG1 was fullfilling with more action.

    I loved the previous Stargates and i love this one. Of course it would be hard to be as good as the original Stargate. To bad they all stopped.
