Heya, just a small update in the arcade game section. Stardrone is a game where you have to collect stars with your drone by clinging on to some kind of gravitation fields. Kinda hard to explain, but its very cool.

Hit the throttle and accelerate through the the fantastic world of Stardrone. Blast into spiral twists and the topsy-turvy challenges of Andromeda in this high-octane thriller. Cause your attackers to crash with rapid speed while collecting gems and power-up enhancements. Soar through 50 levels of puzzle-solving, adrenaline-pumping action while eluding zillions of enemies. Overcome perilous hazards and you`ll reign supreme in Stardrone.

    Speaking of Penny arcade I just opened the Mystic forcefield thing by doing the Fortune tellers task in the Pelican Bay. A Cutscene plays then games stops.

    Which part of my save do I have to modify? (done it before when it first crashes on Pelican Bay)

    Also when is someone going to do everyday shooter, been waiting for that for a while…

    This looks cool. Will try it out.

    And I’m with PA-Help. Can we now have an “Everyday Shooter” torrent? It’s been on Steam for a while now. If I recall correctly, “Audio-Surf” was on Steam for maybe only a week (?) before someone released a working non-steam torrent for it. Oh yeah, and I’d like a “Gumboy Tournament” torrent, too! It’s currently on its second week on Steam now. Thanks.

    Buying it also gives you easy access to install it anywhere at any time.

    On that note, how is this game compared to everyday shooter and geometry wars?

    STEAM is a DRM and spyware infested piece of garbage.

    Not only that but they deny you your right of first sale (meaning you can’t sell the games you buy from them).

    Up yours Valve!

    DRM just means that it’s protected, which is their right. I’ve never been affected by any spyware through steam.

    Steam is the next generation of video game sales. Buying through Steam is more convenient then going to a store or even pirating it. It’s fast, easy, and updates are smooth and without effort.

    If the PC community continues to pirate games, the focus will continue to be placed on console sales. Buying through Steam allows small time developers like the guys behind everyday shooter and audiosurf to get the money they deserve and allows them to invest their time in to future games.

    Support that. Buy a game once in a while.

    @Anon: You’re dumb.
    a) It’s not spyware infested.
    b) You can make more than one Steam account, then associate one game with every account. Play the game, then sell account. I never tried, but it should work…

    couldn’t even unpack it, first download link is a archive with more archives which i can only get a corrupted msi out off, no one else is having trouble tho. bah

    Well, Steam being “more convenient than going to a store to buy games or even pirating them” is your opinion. Clearly, I can’t argue with that. MY opinion of Steam is that it is an inconvenience for me, and I’m not so crazy about the idea of buying protected digital files. At least when I purchase retail games, I’ll have something physical to “own.” I don’t care about those automatic updates and own-your-bought-games-forever “features.” That said, let’s just agree to disagree mmmk?
