Star Wolves 2-RELOADED

RELOADED are showing some of there former strength now by releasing a few titles recently and now they bring us a fully cracked version of Star Wolves 2. The developers tout the game as a “3D space RPG with deep strategy and tactical elements” however i expect all you do is go around shooting rival “Wolves” and such, which will appeal to some. The screenshots don’t inspire much confidence for the game and because the original was such a disaster i doubt its getting any better in this sequel. As this is a Russian game it has been infected with Starforce but the boys at RELOADED have shown there skill and have removed it for us. Don’t expect to much from this game if you download it.

Six years have passed after the events of 2226 A.D. The balance in the galaxy has been restored as transgalactic corporations have been deported to the outskirts of the galaxy and deprived of their power.

The Empire, just as before, continues to fight against the Aliens. As a rule armadas of battleships aren’t used in such conflicts. Small maneuverable squadrons that can attack and retreat quickly are better suited for this type of war. This means that the famous Star Wolves team is back in action!

Star Wolves is a 3D space RPG with deep strategy and tactical elements. The game thrusts players into a world of freelance space hunters during a time of war for the all-powerful Empire. Human space pirates, rogue AI computers that rebelled against humanity and Aliens roam space in search of easy prey and planets to conquer.

Features:

  • Star Wolves 2 is a sequel to the best-selling space strategy with role playing elements.
  • Huge game world with over 50 star systems and complete freedom to move from one to another
  • New ships including the Mothership, improved fighters and ships built using alien technologies
  • New characters and mercenaries to join your team
  • Non-linear storyline, several ways to finish the game and dynamic missions. It is up to the player to choose where to go and what missions to pick up.
  • Upgrade your ship with a huge range of parts

I remember buying this game a while ago after seeing it in the bargain bin. Avoid, the game is pretty dire and you will be hard pressed to extract any enjoyment out of playing it. Not so much waste of money, as waste of bandwidth and time :/

I thoroughly enjoyed the first Star Wolves game, despite expecting to dislike it - really looking forwards to this one - from what I played of the german demo, this one is a lot more free-flowing that its predecessor.

Original Star Wolves was GREAT, too short and in the end seemed like it had been pushed out way too early, still it gave a very good base for a second one. If this delivers what it says there, il be playing this a loooooong while.

The voice acting is truely terrible, nearly a joke, but its not mp3 in our winamp, its a game…

Anyways, anyone else getting constant lockups? Another case of bad crack or so?

Rouge Universe sucked lol not what 80% ppl who tried it said including me. far as starwolves goes its a space sim rts not a actors guild screenwrite play. you play it for the stratigy not the voices. you want good voices then go out to the movies.

The “Original Star Wolves was GREAT”? You must be bat shit insane. It was awful, as is this game. Terrible voice acting and glitchy graphics.

The first one was great, was expecting this for a long time. Ofcourse this is game thats not for retards, many ppl prefer “the sims” to good deep tactical rpgs…but those ppl are gay :P

The voice acting is terrible and there is some locking up, but it is also not a bad space sim. It isn’t the best that ever was, but the genre been a bit lacking recently anyway. If you like space sims of the FreeLancer style you will probably like this.

I am liking it. Hard enough to force you to save often but not soo hard that you can’t move forward.

Then I did only find this site looking for a fix so.

The lockups seem to occur whenever a transition script needs to start. Eventually you get to figure out the best time to quicksave. Annoying, but there arent that many story missions.

Hehe, really guys, plenty of people liked the last Star Wolves, it wasn’t any sort of disaster. If you like RTS without the resource management then this game is great (even has pause feature for uber micro-management of ships during fights). Voice acting and stunning graphics aren’t the main draw of the game…its all about lvling up your pilots, getting new gear and ships, and then taking them back into battle. Its no epic, but it never set out to be.

YES! But we want to play, its a great game! I love the strategic pause to think and make corrections (like missile runs in a pinch) >;)

Does the game lockup every 10 minutes because of the crack or is it a problem with legit version as well? anyone knows?

Nexus beats this pile of sh*t up with closed eyes. Less requirements, better graphic, better voice acting, better story (LONGER TOO), the best micro management in its kind ever… basicaly this crap of SW2 is a joke copy of the jupiter incident.

If it wouldnt give me a hell of lagg at every 5+ ships on the screen and wouldnt freeze up each 5 minutes, AND at story line processes i would say its something to bid your time with for a few days, maybe a week or so. The overall performance of the game is below 2 though thanks to the many many little things. Also i suggest that the company takes up some dudes wich can code graphic because “buy your self a new processor if it laggs” is not work, its bullsh*ting your customers.

Also about piracy, if the companyes wich release such weak crap would announce it the way it is, or would release it for free test, i would say you are right. They way it is though, is that personaly i would buy only the stuff wich is worth it, and not these “try it out” for moneys. At cases like SW2 i must say piracy is totaly understandable, because crap like this doesnt deserves to be brought. Torrent and 2 days after delete to hell because its next to unplayable.

Have had this sitting around for a few months now, during which time, I was under the impression that it was a space sim, not an RTS. This is too good. Installing now for the lulz (which is a coruption of LOL, or “Laugh Out Loud”).
