And here’s the annual SpikeTV video game awards for the year of 2007. Spoilers for the results of each category can be read here, at wikipedia. Samuel L. Jackson hosts the VGAs this year again, as he was also the host in the 2006 edition. I personally have not seen any yearly editions of the SpikeTV VGAs, so I’m getting it this time around. The award for the Game of the Year is simple, just think about the most hyped-up-game we had this year and you would guess it.

Propaganda for little kids that actually believe that the outcome of the best game is the best from spike. I rather have gamespot tell me which game they “think” is the best..

I guessed Halo 3. A lot of people weren’t interested in Bioshock until it’s release because it wasn’t a sequel and had an unusual setting.

Thats bs. I played Halo 3 at my mates place i got soo bored within 30mins… I suppose console wars… pc will always own consoles in fps games and consoles will own pcs at rpgs.

I thought command and conquer 3 was one of the most fun games of the year and great cutscenes. FPS games like COD4, Crysis blows.
CoD4 blows? Are you KIDDING me? CoD4 was mind-blowing, and one of the very few games released this year that was worth the wait. Seriously one of the best FPS games I have ever played(if not the best).
