I watched it in the Cinema last night. Oh my you all are in for a terrible 2+ hrs… Seriously I felt like I was watching “Days of our Lives” but when you see it let me know what you think!
Saw it already.. was released in asian on the first of May 2007. It’s a total let down… too much going on, too many storylines that never really get started and never really get finished…

This movie is fun to watch in a brainless sort of way. Seen is right the movie is too long and there are too many storylines. They could easily make 2/3 movies out of the story of spiderman 3. But hey, its fun to watch and the last action scene really kicks ass! So i gave it a 7 on imdb anyway. But the first spiderman is still the best one.

@ben (#19) I totally agree with that review!!! that’s what I was thinking the whole time when I saw this flick. This movie just had too many storylines and melodramatics… I think if they slimmed down the number of vilians to just the Sandman (since he was probably the most character developed villian - and even this felt abruptly ended) it would have been fine.
I dont doubt tons of ppl will come out to see this film due to the marketing hype machine, but I hardly feel many would want to watch it again.
People complaining about the black suit have obviously never read the comic… why don’t you try looking up Venom+Spiderman on teh internets? kk?

Saw it yesterday at the cinema, looooong movie as dead man’s chest, but at least dead man’s chest kept me interested till the end, but spidey? no, may be because I knew too much nearly everything until the ending part which was new, still I have to admit it’s the best part yet and a lot of work was made on this one, one other thing disappointed me which is Venom, a total mis-cast or may be it’s the writers fault?
In the overall it’s a good movie.

Watched it yesterday, here was premiered on 3rd, great expectation lead 2 big dissapointments, the are few really cool VFX/Sound scenes that are just awesome, but then it falls on the drama, but the blonde girls’ hot as *ell, that’s the only reason 2 see it again, but ’till the R5 or DVDRip w/AC3 sound_

I haven’t seen it yet, but your statement reminds me of how he ’suddenly’ lost and got back his ‘powers’ in part 2, without any reasonable explanation…
@61 he gets the black suit from the symboite and then it takes over him.. but then he gets so evil that he hits MJ so he feels really bad and rips his suit of in the church tower but while trying to rip it off he hits the bell and the sound waves help remove the suit which draws the attention of eddie brock jr who was in the church talling god to kill peter parker. the Symboite falls on him and he becomes Venom! 8D
the movie is exactly what i thought it will be, i do expected a bad acting with great fight seens, so i got what i was looking for, no complain from here, but i don’t recommed anyone watching this movie at home, you will miss the only good thing about the movie.
