quite sad to see both HD releases (720/1080p) have yet to be posted on usenet while RS links are all over the place

And let’s not even talk about most iNTERNAL releases on this subject, i’m seriously starting to wonder about switching from Giganews to RS right now…

But yes, your system is better, rate everything the same based on whether it’s for kids or not. But don’t feel bad, people like you make this site so very entertaining. Kinda like a trip to the zoo.

Imagine naming your son Speed because your family name is Racer. Much worse than River Phoenix.

Inevitable that he picks a girlfriend called Trixie. I cried at the end, it is so tragic.

IMDB rating: 7.5/10

Iron Man:
IMDB rating: 8.2/10

The Dark Knight:
IMDB rating: 9.1/10

Speed Racer:
IMDB rating: 6.5/10

What’s the big difference between those movies, BOTH are kid’s movies. Based on history for kids, super heroes or something like that. Why that big variation oh their rating.
and, come on hollywood, what about make really good movies?

watched it yesterday and I must admit it looks awesome compared to the crap R5 xvid and then low rez DVD.

Until it comes out on Blu-Ray. Movie studios do not send out screeners in HD, and an HD cam version would be pointless, so, there are simply no sources of HD versions of movies, until they hit Blu-ray.

HD-rips also never come long in advance of the retail store date like DVDs usually do, so, yeah, you’ll be waiting a while. They have not announced the DVD/Blu-Ray release date, but I’d bet it will come in time for Christmas.
