That's another one of the US laws that sucks balls... And still you're clinging to "the best justice system in the world"! You're fucked by your leaders & you're too dumb to know... The fucked-up patent laws in the US is to blame, where you can patent whatever you think up – whether you’re able to manufacture it yourself or not. These patent infringement suits are getting ridiculous. Most of the things they sue for aren't even their creation, the patents just happened to be owned by them. Immersion is a patent troll in my book. There are actually a lot of companies who just sort of hang around waiting for patents to expire, then snatch them up just so they can sue other companies who infringe upon them.
