Problem

When you start XSI, you get this error message:

“Unable to initialize the cross thread notifier”

Solution

Exit XSI.
Click Start > All Programs > Softimage Products > SOFTIMAGE XSI 6.5 > Command Prompt.
In the XSI Command Prompt, type runonce.bat and press ENTER.
After runonce.bat is finished, start XSI.

change min level into 1 not -3 it will fix all blurry problem within the models

only light intensity will adjust.. infinite light = 0

Installed it on a VM

My experiencies so far:
seems to work, even if I kill the trial license or the spm service itself. BUT: I don’t think this is a proper crack, as the trial version may have different protection methods to decoy cracker crews. I’ll wait 30 days, and then I’ll see if it’s proper or not. Seems supisiously easy to install and to crack.

Crack is working. Its only working for XSI 32 bit version for both Essentials and Advanced.

Just download the trial version on Softimage website and put crack over it.

Tested with ICE, rendering, modeling, etc. Seems to work just fine. All crack is doing is disabling the 30 days left message.

Oh yeah – and you might consider looking for the crack by itself – the rest of all those posted downloads is the trial version that you can get at the official site, instead of wasting limited bandwidth at places like rapidshare! The crack is only like 7mbs – and the rest is something you can get “officially”. I don’t know why people keep bundling up freely available apps with cracks like this – maybe to get RS points or some crap – but it’s dumb, inconsiderate and wasteful.

most of the rapidshare links are indeed trojan infected, tho i didn’t bother to download them all.

any topic which gets spammed with rs links multiple times that sound like cheap advertising are mostly full of viruses these days :/
