    heh – thats part of company name – "Smith Micro". Poser is aplication name.

    Smith micro is the company name, not a description of the package. Up untill poser 7 it was owned by e frontier, then smith micro took over it like they did with poser pro

    chunky, in the world of 3d, ease of use is relative only to other 3d apps. LOL. houdini from sidefx being the most difficult… say a 10, and poser is very easy say a 3.

    poser is however character specific with all props being afterthoughts. houdini is more all-inclusive.

    the hotfile links posted by GENERiC are for the
    WINDOWS VERSION of poser 8 only.

    also there is a patcher and SN in the iso.

    any macintosh versions in the scene yet?

    Anyone know where I can find a torrent of just the main Poser 8 app, without all the extra content? I don't feel like downloading over 3GB for this – my ISP only gives me 25 of them! (Australian)
