I have modified PDF files with Acrobat in the past but have always felt a little uneasy. The beauty of PDFpen is the simple graphic interface where you can see it all happening. Great software.

    This is a nice lightweight app (but with an axcellent feature set) for people looking for an alternative to the bloated Adobe Acrobat.

    Try Foxit PDF editor…all the same features but much smaller footprint than Adobe Acrobat.
