What amazes me is how this software even still exists. The likes of dvd shrink/dvd decrypter had to discontinue or get themselves sued into oblivion by the likes of Sony/mpaa, yet any dvd is still here and they profiting from breaking copy protection, not as if its free like the products, I listed above. So does anyone know why they going where others have vanished or have discontinued?

No. That has absolutely nothing to do with it.
I can hack Blu-ray discs myself and don’t even need it.

AnyDVD would rock if SlySoft would show parts (just the decryption and unlocking) of its source code.

The reason why such software exists is to unlock some crap that should be their in the first place.
Using AnyDVD as it is (no sources at all), you’re still a 100% locked in. It’s a good but also immoral program.

As video programs go, it is as user-friendly and effective as they come. I use it as the first and most important step for converting my BDs and HD-DVDs to AVC. Coupled with CloneDVD, it’s far and away the simplest and fastest way to make a 1:1 copy of your DVDs as well.

I don’t hate AnyDVD, but I do think you need to have a brain disease to use it. It’s a good program, but useless without its source code.
It just replaces one lock with an other one.

Not sure about that song, I do hate her music (and all similar emo crap).
