Sleuth LIMITED DVDRip XviD-DMT

A well-rated mysterious drama Sleuth starring Jude Law in the main role is now available in the final dvdrip from DMT. It’s only few weeks from leaked dvd screener, but this 1 CD release further upgrades the quality and removes all copyright notices and black & white scenes. All of this almost a whole month before the US street date!

In 1972, Laurence Olivier and Michael Caine starred in the screen adaptation of SLEUTH, based on Anthony Shaffer’s Tony Award-winning play and directed by Joseph L. Mankiewicz. Olivier played Andrew Wyke, a droll old writer whose wife is having an affair with the young, ambitious Milo Tindle, played by Caine. Thirty-five years later, Caine is starring as Wyke in an updated version of SLEUTH, completely rewritten by Nobel Prizewinner Harold Pinter and directed by multiple Oscar nominee Kenneth Branagh. Jude Law, who played the Michael Caine role in the 2004 remake of ALFIE, now takes over as Tindle, a hairdresser-actor who has shown up at Wyke’s estate to demand that Wyke divorce his wife so Tindle can marry her. But the extremely successful and wealthy Wyke is not about to give up his wife without a very determined and well-calculated battle of wits.

    Hmm I seem to be getting no response from torrents downloaded via newtorrents.info, with trackers supposedly offline. Anyone getting the same problem or isit purely something to do with my uTorrent client. I’m having no problems getting torrents via eztv or other miscellaneous ones gotten off isohunt

    For the love of all that’s good & holy, if you haven’t seen SLEUTH, PLEASE watch the original and forget this remake.

    It’s quite faithful to the original until about half way, then goes off on this wild tangent with homosexual overtones and never recovers from it.

    I’m not one of those people who have a thing against remakes. This just isn’t one of the good ones.

    This release is OKAY and there is no reason to bother your heads about this nuke.
    It’s because the resolution – 640×264 – 264 it not a multiple of 16. That’s all, so no need to worry ;)

    Not a bad movie and really not a very good one either. Everything is fairly predictable and the acting seems “forced”. Also the storyline is pretty boring IMO, unless you like watching Lifetime network movies (and if you do, you’ll love this flick).
