I downloaded the patch off of the EA games website, but when I try to run it, it says:

SimCity Societies is not installed or improperly installed on your machine. Please install or reinstall.

I replaced the exe file, but now the play button does nothing when clicked (before, it said that I need to insert the correct cd).

when i copy the crack icon to the program file and i click the icon and it says that wron disc inserted..

Delete the original exe and remove the extra .exe from the crack. That did the job for me. Remember to delete the original exe, it did not work when I simply renamed it. No update and new crack was required.

Help, Help, I need help!!!

Im hiting a brick wall when it comes to using Daemon Tools as a v-drive to stat sims. So i dont know if the game is giving me an error message because the crack sucks or having daemon tools on the pc. the error i get is insert the orignal cd/dvd. If it is the crack does anyone know of one that worked with Daemon tools for them??? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

returned my copy of SCS to Wal-Mart yesterday. The game freezes up the PC (I have a good one) every 10 minutes or so. EA won’t respond to problems, so everyone is advised to return games to retail outlet. I reprinted threads from the SCS website indicating universal problems to back up my claims. Wal-Mart actually pulled ll of the SCS games from the shelves!!!!
