Ah, here’s one for your Xbox 360/PC again: Shoot Em Up released by NOVO. It’s a 1080P release so the quality is fine and it has 5.1 audio. What else do you want? I’ve seen this movie myself and I liked it. It has a nice plot and the movie is very interesting to watch. I’m not the only one who liked it: 7.2/10 on IMDB. I guess this is one to add to your HD-collection 
Late at night, in an unnamed U.S. city, a solitary man sits at a bus stop. A pregnant woman runs by, pursued by a man with a gun. With reluctance, the man at the bus stop rescues her and assists with the baby’s delivery, while additional pursuers fire at them, including the gang’s particularly nasty leader, an intuitive man named Hertz. Our hero, known only as Smith, determines to save the child and find out why Hertz wants the baby dead. At a local bordello, he tries to employ a lactating hooker to watch the child, but things quickly escalate, and this makeshift family is soon on the run. Heavy metal music calms the baby. Why? A laboratory, a gun factory, and a presidential campaign all figure in Smith’s search for the child’s ultimate safety

‘it has a nice plot’? wth? what plot? did i missed something? i mean seriously – i liked the movie – nice – leave your brain in the jar outside of the movie theatre – flick with lot of jokes and shooting etc. but PLOT? awww come on…

Ranks up there with crank as one of the most awful action movies I’ve seen in recent years. There just wasn’t anything remotely realistic in this movie, which made it impossible for me to identify with anyone in the movie.

This movie is so bad no matter what type of release it is. If it sucked as a CAM it will suck as a BluRay rip too. I’m glad that it was so bad because it shows everyone how boring of an actor Clive Owen really is. Monica Bellucci will be 44 this year and it’s starting to show.

Does anyone know why the samples aren’t 1080p? They should be 1920x[something] (depending on the AR of the video), but they’re 1600×680.
must of missed the memo the first time this was released by the same group… o well and most XBOXs have HDDVD but whatever… It is a good movie with decent plot (yes there is one but dig deep it is worth the digging)
all xbox 360’s can have a HD dvd add on player attached but they cant play or stream MKV high def downloads only WMV and avi Divx !

Am i one of the FEW who think this movie is AWFUL? i know they were aiming for a “silly and funny” movie, but i dont think i cracked a mile.. just bad in my opponion
can someone tell me how these hd rips work? if i download the files, waht format are they in – AVI? then what convertion tool do i use?-Convertxtodvd?- and then do I need to burn it to a blue ray disc? and if so is there a blue ray conversion option? or is it just convert to dvd as normal??????

What were you people expecting, high art? For god’s sake, the movie is titled “Shoot Em Up.”
It delivers what it promises–cheesy one-liners and ludicrous trick-shooting, a movie that constantly pokes fun at itself while giving you a balls-to-the-wall action experience. If it has one failing, it’s that it tries to have a plot at all–it’s simply a downer when such a fast-paced film slows down to dry monologues.
You are morons, if you dislike this movie that much, why bother even looking at the thread…wasting your own time just to whinge….awesomeeeeee

I loved this film, it goes down as one of my favourites for 2007! It’s sense of humour is quite unique, like a serious national lampoons. What’s not entertaining about a sexy man shooting hundreds upon hundreds of bad guys with no gun of his own whilst carrying a baby? What a great movie!
Help! I’ve transfered the MKV file to VOB to play in my PS3. I’m using Nero 7 to burn the vob file to dvd… but Nero is saying the file is too large to fit on a standard DVD 5. It says the disc capacity is short by just a couple of MB. I end up using a DL Disc…. Which is a total waste of space. Can someone educate me please. Thanks so much.
