An interesting limited thriller Shattered also known as Butterfly on a Wheel is now available in the final dvdrip quality. You wouldn’t expect such a famous names from a limited movie: Pierce Brosnan and Maria Bello are the main stars of this story. The NFO contains wrong IMDB url, so don’t get confused about that – this one has a solid 7.3 rating at IMDB, the one linked by HLS is some unknown crap with 2.3 points. Subtitles not included.
Neil and Abby Warner have the perfect life and a perfect marriage. With their beautiful young daughter, Sophie, they are living the American dream… until today. When Sophie is suddenly kidnapped, they have no choice but to comply with the abductors demands. The kidnapper – Ryan (PIERCE BROSNAN), a cold and calculating sociopath takes over their lives with the brutal efficiency of someone who has nothing to lose. In the blink of an eye Neil and Abby’s safe and secure existence is turned upside down. Over the next twenty four hours they are at the mercy of a man who wants only one thing. That they do his bidding.
It soon becomes clear that Ryan’s demands are all the more terrifying… because he doesn’t want their money. Finally! I been hearing this movie is good I was waiting for the DVD rip since this movie ins´t scheduled to be released here anytime soon. I downloaded the R5 I beleive but I stoped watching after 2minutes the image wasn’t good and the sound really sucked. Now I can finally watch it. =D

seen this ages ago when it was (incorrectly) released as a dvdrip but was actually a vhs rip…
the dude from 300 is also in this movie but u can barely recognise him…
anyway long story short, cheap azz movie, crap ending… imho

is this movie worth to watch?
I can’t believe some people didn’t like this movie… If u have a child and put your self in the parents shoes.. u would understand it more… and thus enjoy it more. IFFF u don’t have a child or the brain capacity to imagine it.. then u probably won’t enjoy as much! Enjoy! Great ending!
It was nice but i would like a different ending something with a bit of choking or a couple of slaps in the face lolol:P
