Finally another release of Sex and the City. Movie that a lot of you people have waited so long. TRADINGSTANDARDS has brought us this fine release. But as usual alomust all of this releses are NUKED. But they dont care… ( they are thieves by nature :mrgreen: ). I have wrote about this movie already so you can read about it here. This version has sound on cd 2 so don’t be worried…. I had some problems with BS player while watching this movie. Download video sample for quality check.

PLOT: Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker), successful author and everyone’s favourite fashion icon next door is back, her famously sardonic wit intact and sharper than ever as she continues to narrate her own story about sex, love and the fashion obsessed single women in New York City. “Sex and the City: The Movie” finds Carrie, Samantha (Kim Cattral), Charlotte (Kirstin Davis) and Miranda (Cynthia Nixon) four years after the much loved television show ended. The girls continue to juggle jobs and relationships while navigating motherhood, marriage and Manhattan real estate. Chris Noth reprises the iconic role as Carrie’s handsome yet elusive Mr Big. Miranda’s husband Steve (David Elgenberg)is also back as is Charlotte’s dependable man Harry.

    Given that the tv show featured some dirty naked stuff now and then – there is hope that the film will have some also – prob not tho – no matter what anyone says Id rather watch a movie with lots of women being stupid in it and perhaps shagging / nudity than any form of sport that features sweaty guys running around…

    Im not pre anything I dont think and I still like titties… I must be sad…

    I prob wont watch it cos i cant decide whether Sarah Jessica Parker has a face like a horse or a shoe.

    My girlfriend bribed me to see this (dinner and a movie). At first I thought, this isn’t so bad, kinda funny, and told my gf so (made a few points there). But Sarah Jessica Parker is really weird looking (lost points), and then the film went on, and on, and on, and I thought I’d died and gone to hell, and I started squirming (lost more points)… Then I had to “discuss issues” with gf afterwards. I should have kept my opinion to myself… (lost all points and went to bed alone).

    The wife & daughters saw this Saturday; nothing that wasn’t done to death in the lamer series, except for the nudity. None. So no socially redeeming value in this dog pile. And they all agreed it’s about 30+ minutes too long.

    Are the flyupload links for cd2 king ben version at posts 90 and 91 corrupt.

    I can play the cd1 file with VLC even though it says “This avi is broken. Seeking will not work correctly Do you want to repair it etc..”

    But on opening cd2 I get “Unrecognized format for Sex and the City 2008 TELESYNC XviD-KingBen[thegenius.us.by.Articulador].avi.002″

    A fresh page should pop up with the download details. Scroll down the page and you should see two adverts (usually Lindsay Lohan video…).

    Above the left hand one (in difficult to read yellow type) is a message to “wait 60 seconds”. This then changes to “Download File” in dark type.

    This link doesn’t appear to support a downloader – I usually have to “Save to Disk” – which is a pain when the dl stops for any reason and you can’t resume…

    @99 – the problem opening the file for cd2, instead of clicking on the avi file directly, i’ve noticed that i also get the Unrecognized format file message. so just open vlc player up open the playlist then add in both links and see if it opens then. or right click and add it to wmp if u have codecs installed.

    and for people getting crc fails when extracting, if it was file 3 then redownload that file and it shouldn’t be a problem usually its the download process that causes corruption so u get a crc fail. so just try redownloading the files u have a problem with. i had no problems extracting.
