Only two days after the premiere of this movie and we get a cam, but I must recommend you stay away 
Hopefully you already put it together that this movie is based on the popular TV show named Sex and the City, which is basically a story about four women that talk about their sex life. This movie probably won’t be a big hit in the audience that rlslog gets as this is more of a chick flick than anything else, but you never know 
Quality: I think the word “shit” is very appropriate here as the video is dark, grainy, blurry, out of focus and just plain looks like crap. I know this is a cam, but damn couldn’t you guys seriously put a 130 minute movie on 2CDs? I guess it won’t matter much as people won’t download this, and hopefully a TS will popup with a better source than this…

Sarah Jessica Parker returns once again as Carrie Bradshaw, the style-maven journalist whose romantic exploits were the key focus of the show. I am sure it is better to have 2 cds for such a long film. With one CD you end up compressing even further and lose more quality, although this could span a Terabyte hard drive and still be a load of rubbish.

Like it’d matter. If the source resolution sucks (which it apparently does), you’ll just have a 2 CD piece of sh*t rather than a 1 CD. And it’ll take you twice as long to download.
For those who are idiots, take a crappy 100mb iPod rip of a movie and then expand it’s size/quality to 700mb. Then try it at 1.4gb. See if EITHER one looks better than the original. I guarantee you it won’t.

Als je verteld dat je christen bent is het meteen zo van ‘dus jij doet niet aan sex voor het huwelijk?’ En de gelovigen? Die hebben er vaak ook geen verklaring voor, het mag nou eenmaal niet. Tijd dus om eens goed uit te zoeken hoe God het nou eigenlijk bedoeld heeft…
Eerste vraag: Is God tegen seks?? NEEEE!!!!
Integendeel. Kijk maar eens naar de volgende teksten:
Genesis 2:18 En de Here God zeide: Het is niet goed, dat de mens alleen zij.
Spreuken 5:19 Zij is lieflijk en charmant. Laten haar borsten je steeds weer het hoofd op hol brengen en laat je overspoelen door haar liefde.
God is juist voorstander van het samenzijn van mensen (met alle gevolgen van dien :-)). Maar het was aan de andere kant ook geen grapje of iets lolligs. Het is iets moois, iets kostbaars, iets rijks! Hij had er dus wel een bedoeling mee, méér dan het zielig lijkende ‘niet langer alleen zijn’.

Wow! Om te beginnen kom je als man en vrouw kom je SAMEN het dichtst bij Gods evenbeeld! Dat is dus een unieke kans! Het is wel iets wat moet/mag groeien, maar dan heb je ook wat! En dat start dus bij het huwelijk, want daar ontstaat iets nieuws! Eén nieuwe mens ontstaan uit man en vrouw. Dé mens, die verder mag uitgroeien naar Gods beeld. Maar hoe wordt je één? Handtekening zetten op het gemeentehuis? Zegening in de kerk? Nope:
1 Corinthe 6:16-18 Of weet u niet dat u, door gemeenschap te hebben met een prostituee, één met haar wordt? Want God heeft gezegd dat man en vrouw door de gemeenschap één lichaam worden. Maar als u gemeenschap met de Here hebt, bent u één van geest met Hem. Houd u ver van elke vorm van hoererij. Geen andere zonde heeft zó wezenlijk met uw lichaam te maken. Als u met een andere dan uw eigen vrouw gemeenschap hebt, doet u kwaad aan uw eigen lichaam.
Hieruit blijkt dat seksualiteit niet alleen iets lichamelijks is, maar ook iets geestelijks. Het is niet alleen een geestelijke activiteit, het is ook blijvend veranderend. Je smelt als man en vrouw als het ware samen door de seksualiteit. Heerlijk! Maar, vraag je je misschien af… betekent dat dan dat als je seks met iemand hebt je met die persoon getrouwd bent? Nee:
Hebreeen 13:4 Het huwelijk zij in ere bij allen en het bed onbezoedeld, want hoereerders en echtbrekers zal God oordelen.
1 Cor. 7:2 Maar om ontucht te voorkomen, is het beter dat iedereen trouwt; elke man moet zijn eigen vrouw hebben en elke vrouw haar eigen man.
Geknoei na het huwelijk is echtbreken en geknoei ervoor is hoereren. In gewoon Nederlands zou je het dus ook ontucht kunnen noemen. Is God dan toch een zeurpiet??? Neeee.. Geen andere zonde heeft zó wezenlijk met uw lichaam te maken, lezen we in 1 Cor. 6. God wil ons -geestelijk lichaam- beschermen! Hij wil het beste voor ons!
Hij weet ook wel dat seks iets heel aantrekkelijks is. Paulus is er nogal eerlijk over in Kolossensen 3:5: Weg dan met alle aardse zonden, zoals sexuele zonden, vuiligheid, hartstocht, slechte verlangens.
Dat die vrouwen daardoor geestelijk! beschadigd raken daar denk je als man op dat moment niet aan, je hebt het niet door, maar het gebeurt wel en dat is niet de bedoeling! We hebben het over dochters van God. Die moeten we goed behandelen. En dan zijn we er nog niet, de bedoeling is nóg veel mooier! In die groei naar Zijn evenbeeld komt ook een stukje hemel tevoorschijn. Meteen na die eenwording tussen man en vrouw staat er namelijk dit:
Efeze 5:32 Ik weet dat dit moeilijk te begrijpen is, maar ik zeg het om duidelijk te maken wat voor verhouding tussen Christus en Zijn Gemeente bestaat.
God heeft ‘het huwelijk’ waarin je verder gaat als één lichaam en normaal gesproken ook voortaan één naam draagt ook bedoeld als voorafspiegeling van een stukje hemel! Er komt namelijk ook nog een keer een SUPERhuwelijk tussen Christus en Zijn gemeente!
Openbaring 19:7 Laten wij blij zijn en juichen en Hem eren, want de bruiloft van het Lam en Zijn bruid is gekomen. De bruid is klaar.
Openbaring 21:4 Hij zal alle tranen van hun ogen afwissen en er zal geen dood meer zijn. Van verdriet, rouw en pijn zal geen sprake meer zijn. Dat hoorde allemaal bij de oude wereld en die is voorgoed voorbij. Kijk eens wat er gebeurt in dat huwelijk straks! Het mooie is, in een goed huwelijk worden ook tranen afgewist en het is de beste plek voor verwerking van verdriet, rouw en pijn. Natuurlijk eindigt iedereen dood. Maar het huwelijk is ook de plaats van de tegenhanger daarvan… NIEUW leven!!
Op Gods manier sex hebben is uiteindelijk niet alleen de beste manier, maar ook de fijnste manier! Seks gebaseerd op lust is even leuk/lekker en zorgt voor tijdelijk genot. Maar na een tijdje ben je de ander uitgekeken en wil je weer een nieuw speeltje. Seks gebaseerd op groeiende liefde gaat dieper en is -daardoor!- veel fijner en…BLIJVEND!…daar mag je God in vertrouwen.
Misgegaan? God is genadig en kan en wil mensen weer heel maken. Zeker als jij niet wist dat het zo in elkaar zat! Kijk eens naar een principe waaruit Gods ongekende genade blijkt:
Romeinen 5:13 De zonde was al in de wereld voordat Mozes Gods wet ontving. Maar zolang die wet er niet was, werd de zonde niemand toegerekend.
Dat is een principe van God. Als je de fout in bent gegaan en bovenstaande niet wist, is God genadig, Hij wil je heelmaken.

This movie/series may suck to most “on here anyway”, but it came out on top over the weekend so far. $55 mil in 2 days ? Gotta be doing something right.
I don’t care for it, nor watch it. I think it’s a crappy show, but apparently opinions like mine aren’t affecting the movie anyway, it’s making some big $$. Smart move on hitting the big screen, gotta give’em some credit.

I had never heard of it either. I just looked it up, apparently it’s based from a tv show, but it doesn’t seem like the type of thing I’d watch and after reading how crappy it is from the comments, I really don’t want to.
This has got to be the WORST Cam version of a movie i’ve ever seen!
I second that Sebbe…The absolute WORST of the Worst CAM…The whole beginning is cut out…the cookie chomper, the muffled sound I’ve had to backtrack over over to hear the dialogue…So blurry at times that I felt like I had coke bottle glasses on… And am I the only one who’s noticed the Boom mike dropping into the top of frame at least half a dozen times??? Is that the cammer’s mic or bad cropping of the print? IDK but sadly, this movie moves along very strangely, too much time has elapsed, only the Charlotte character is not so much visibly older than the rest..I found this movie to be very depressing. Not to mention the chemistry these actresses had is gone, kaput over. Sad… Like reuniting with old pals (who have all moved on with their lives) the magic is gone!
