Seven Kingdoms Conquest-RELOADED

Legendary group RELOADED are once again the first to pre a new PC game this time being RTS “Seven Kingdoms: Conquest”. Personally I almost never play RTSs (last one I played was “World In Conflict”) so I myself won’t be getting this. But for those of you who like RTSs this may interest you since it’s quite unique. I say it’s unique because you start the game in Egypt and and then time progresses from there and you end the game in the “future”. Sounds cool? If it does download and enjoy :)

Seven Kingdoms: Conquest offers strategy fans the choice to play as human or demon in epic battles spanning 6,000 years on Earth. Starting in ancient Egypt in 3000 B.C. and ending in a final battle on a futuristic Earth, players will have to have their fingers on the pulse of their civilization as the two races clash every 1,000 years.

The story began in an age long past – an age before mankind had spread across the face of the world – an age before we had even learned to speak.

In a dimension far-removed from our own there dwelled a diverse race of creatures that we have come to know collectively as Demons. Their world was violent and cruel, full of raging fires and jagged fields of ice, where the very air was poison and would sear the lungs of a lesser being. Such a harsh realm bred feral and dangerous creatures and the Demons were the product of millions of years of evolution in this twisted place, always looking for new conquests, delighting in corruption and reveling in the slaughter of the weak and infirm.

Game features:

  • Take command of the Pharaoh’s armies, lead the Ancient Greeks and their Gods, March the Legions of Rome and inspire the Knights of the Middle Ages all to victory
  • Play the Demon Hordes and choose from the demonic legions of Beasts, Shadows, Plague, Nightmare, Serpents, Ice and Fire
  • 95 different units each with their own spells and special abilities the path to victory is as varying as each strategy you can formulate to unleash on the battlefield
  • Hire unique warriors from distant lands to join your armies and fight for your cause such as Warlocks, Witch Doctors, Samurai, Kung Fu Masters, Cultists and many more deadly battle ready units

    Seven Kingdom is one of there very first series of RTS games and you naysayers and ignorants should pay homage to the classics by at least giving this game a chance to make amends for the recent wave of mediocrity.

    PS. Ass Creed WILL NEVER WORK….the PC version was not released yet, what you see on the internet posted is a PRESS-PREVIEW RELEASE version.

    Seven kingdoms was indeed a classic, this one is not quite so good, though it’s a pretty decent game in itself.

    By the way, i SAW SOME COMMENT ABOUT SMASH BROS BRAWL.

    I BOUGHT IT ORIGINAL FOR MY BRO, BUT IT MADE AN UPGRADE TO THE WII, THAT SAID SOMETHING ABOUT “IF THE WII HAS BEEN ALTERED BY ANYONE OTHER THAN NINTENDO …..” I didn’t had the time to read well cause my bro just hit enter, i heard in the street that if the upgrade doesn’t go out propertly ur WII will get blocked or will get blocked if it has a CHIP.

    So watch out guy. Read a little more.
    My bro’s Wii has chip too. For the moment, i’m not gonna insert to the Wii any Copy until i read more, just legits =).

    By the way, Smash Bros Brawl is a Double Layer DVD, so make sure ur lents are clean if it doesn’t RUN.

    Every time I try to play this game I get sound but no video… just a black screen. I’ve updated my drivers and that doesn’t seem to be the problem.

    @56 Yeah I tried that and it still didn’t work. I can’t seem to find any support for this game… I did see one support forum but it said to update my drivers and I did… but nothing

    @57 Bob Joe What’s happening is probably the game is initializing with a resolution thats too low or a refresh rate that’s too high for your monitor to support, just go into your games config file and manually set a res/ref rate that your monitor is comfy with.

    I can’t figure out how to change the resolution manually. I opened CEGUIConfig.xsd and looked in there. Not sure that’s what I was supposed to be looking at.

    horrible game, had some potential however really badly executed. Like mentioned above the interface is clunky, the game feels very dated and it doesnt support wide screen. Played for about 15 minutes, shut it down, uninstalled.

    At any rate, my non-apearing post was a description of how hard this game sucks. They stipped it of everything Seven Kingdoms, and turned it into the most shallow RTS of the decade. And buggy as hell.

    Yes, it is from the people who made Warlords Battlecry. However, this piece of crap falls far, far short of both Warlords and the previous Seven Kingdom games.

    It’s basically your shallow, boring Zerg-rush-em RTS. The interface is clunky, the AI is plain stupid, the pathfinding is on par with the 1996 graphics and everything that made Seven Kingdoms fun has been removed. There are litterlly NO redeeming features for this game.

    I’d give it 3/10

    When I first got into the game I was dissapointed. It looked all so old stylish and crappy. The interface sucked. Played it for 10 min until I was crashed to desktop for no reason.

    Use D3DWindower and windowed the game, go into game Settings > Gameplay, change Full Screen to Windowed.

    I’m a huge fan of the Seven Kingdoms series, and I’m sorry to say that this…thing…has nothing to do with the Seven Kingdoms series and shouldn’t been released at all. It’s horrific in every term. I feel disappointed and saddened after playing this poor excuse of this so-callled “game”.

    Tried it with great expectations, pretty disappointed thus far. Game is bland, campaign missions seem painfully repetitive. Hero units are essentially the same as regular units, it has no rpg element or retinue.

    There is something really wrong with this game. When you visit the homepage you can see screenshots of future walkers and stuff, but this level of advance cannot be achieved in game. Even the map editor doens’t allow you to place futuristic buildings. Iron age is the last one if I recall right.

    This game falls short in all aspects. The AI is dumb as bricks, the gameplay offers nothing new, the graphics looks quite dated, the tutorial is plainly broken, there’s apparently a good chuck of what was announced as part of the game removed, citys/villages look desolated and utterly artificial without the little villagers running around… and apparently the distinguishing feature of this game is that humans get points for building stuff, demons for killing. And that’s it. And I’m not going to even compare it to seven kingdoms I which was released eons ago.

    A patch that will fix it? Doubtful as it would have to reform 70% of the game. Buy this game and you will feel insulted and robbed.

    This is just a plain 703MB game installer in one language. since it’s multilingual it make a total of 2.64gb(600-703mbx4).
    I just burned the files inside the English folder w/c happen that it also contains its’ original autorun file for english.
    What a waste downloading 2.64gb. how sad…

    Absolutely terrible – poor AI, graphics etc, the campaign is a series of strung together individual scenarios, too many generic units, and the economy is a complete failure – as slow as the one in Ancient Wars Sparta, for those who played that, and completely broken. Case in point, look at the Stone Shrine for the demons – fully upgrading it will take 25 minutes to repay in terms of increased production, and it’s upgraded and built using the very resource it produces.

    no AA or no HDR on,Does res of 1600×1200,
