I believe – that mumbai-drama actually was actually a false-flag operation, so that india could legitimize a fullscale war on Pakistan with world support. Just like pearl habor and 9/11. Problem is, that it just went wrong and the Indian intelligence agency (RAW) lost control over the situation.
