Secret Of The Cave 2006 DVDSCR XviD-VoMiT

We’ve somehow forgotton to inform about this new dvd screener. The first idea when I seen this release was VoMiT = crap, but then I looked little more at this release and realized it could be interesting for some you. It has also many peers on NewTorrents so why not to give it a shout. Adventurous movie Secret of the Cave received a Crystal Heart Award at Heartland Film Festival in Indianapolis, so there must be something interesting about it. We can’t give you any details about the quality as there’s no sample, but it should be okey. There were some problems with audio and video syncing though, but you can use this syncfix to make it better.

Roy, a Seattle-raised young teenager, is dropped off or abandoned for the summer by his distant father in a small, remote, ancestral fishing village in Ireland. Even though the people of the village are warm and friendly, though eccentric, and the landscape is drop-dead gorgeous, Roy is not happy with his situation. But quickly Roy finds a mystery to solve. The superstitious townspeople believe in ghosts, and even Roy see ghosts – or something like ghosts. Roy vows to “…figure out what’s going on around here.” The ghosts appear to do good things for the villagers such as dropping off food to the needy, repairing church bells, fixing fishing boats, repairing watches, and more. Who are these ghosts and why are they doing this? The answer seems to revolve around a cave on the edge of the ocean.

Do you guys at RLSlog keep us updated with this movie (DVDrip)? It really sounds interesting although I’ll pass this one because of sync and b/w scenes.

Nice one thanks, don’t care that it’s out of sync a bit and that there is some black & white parts.

  17. August 12th, 2007 | 15:03

    wolfthedevil , here’s how i did it…
    1-extract videeo
    2-download syncfix http://rapidshare.com/files/48258576/SecretCaveSyncFix.rar.html
3-extract syncfix to same folder as original movie
    4-double-click file named ‘fix’
5-nandub processes and creates a ‘fixed’ version. Plays OK in VLC

the syncfix worked like a charm! Too bad VOMiT didn’t take the time to actually watch their own rip before releasing it (or even the 10 or so minutes to check every 5 minutes that the a/v sync is alright) so a syncfix wasn’t needed, but oh well, what can you do. Shitty is as shitty does. I’ll take it.
