Adventures are type of games which are most affected by bugs and mistakes from developers. I remember few games which has such problems that it was impossible to finish them and you had to apply the patch to actually end the game. Secret Files: Tunguska is another not-so-popular adventure, which gets the patch support months after the release date. The issues which appeared in the game are once again Windows Vista related, so there’s no need to install this patch if you play this game on some other operating system.
This patch fixes several bugs for players with Windows Vista or flatscreen monitors. This patch is not compatible with digitally downloaded editions of the game.
Secret Files Tunguska: On the morning of the 30 June, 1908, hundreds of eyewitnesses observed inexplicable and previously unseen phenomena in the skies above the Tunguska region. Just a few minutes later, several huge explosions with the destructive force of 2,000 Hiroshima bombs shattered the stillness of the boundless central Siberian highlands.

If your an adventure lover this is a game for yeah, this is one of the best adventure games released teh past years, granted this is alreayd over ayear old but still one of the best.
UPDATE NOTES
Its correcting problems for those who wants to play the
game under Windows Vista and other “minor bugs” for those
with a flat screen.

The skidrow release contains the german crack. Deep Silver
announced that the german patch could not be used on other
languages. Also the english and german executables are
not identical. In fact the english executable is 0,55 mb
larger than the german one. The stealing and lying groups
unleashed and postmortem have teamed up and this time they
stole a groupname. Leading force my ass. Stop greeting us.

Not-so-popular? It’s the best adventure ever…
This vitality cracked update doesn’t seem to work well with the reloaded release of the game. At least I can’t start the game with it. Anyone have a solution?
