Scorpions - Humanity - Hour 1 (2007)
German hard rock band Scorpions have released a new album “Humanity - Hour 1″. The album is due to release in Europe on the 24th of may. Hard rock isn’t my kind of music so i will not be checking this album out but for fans of hard rock you all should give this a try.
Humanity - Hour 1 is an album by the German hard rock band Scorpions, which is due for release in France on May 14, 2007 and in Europe May 25, 2007. The leading song “Humanity” was performed by Scorpions on March 24, 2007 at Brussels, Belgium. Samples of several songs and a video about the making of the album are currently available on the band’s official web site, the-scorpions.com. The album will also have its own website HumanityHour1.com which is due to open soon.
The first single has been confirmed to be “Humanity”.
- Billy Corgan of Smashing Pumpkins is singing on “The Cross”.
- After Humanity - Hour 1, Humanity - Hour 2 could be a possible sequel to that album.
Scorpions are a hard rock/heavy metal band from Hannover, Germany, best known for their ’80s rock anthem, “Rock You Like a Hurricane” and their singles “Wind of Change”, “No One Like You”, and “Still Loving You”.

They have been in business for 35 years or may be more their first album “Lonesome Crow” was released in 1972… i have listened to the preview and it sounds awesome, can’t wait for actual release
Humanity CD sounds really good. It’s worth picking up if ya dig 70’s/80’s Rock N Roll. Scorpions fans wont be disappointed. Keep On Rockin!!!!!!
Sad there is an entire generation out there who has grown up listening to bands who don’t even know how to play their instruments. Matthias Jabs is one of the most talented guitarists in the business, Klaus one of the most gifted vocalists, and Rudolph one of the strongest songwriters. They are responsible for some of the most archetypical and genre defining modern music to be produced and yet some of you can’t get over how old they look? Trust me, no one will be singing “Korn” or anything like that 20 years from now, while plenty will still be playing No One Like You at their weddings.
the new album is great as all the others.we can see and hear again that the quality of this unique rock band’s music is absolutely perfect.Because of one of the upper comments i want to say that the age is not important for the genius.
Finaly a group that can play thier own instuments and create their own music! A great sound. Unlike no tallent Pop Tarts,Boy Bands, Hip Hop or Rap bands. Notice I did not refer to the latter as Artists!

Above comments are absolutely correct. The Scorpions have performed to crowds of hundreds of thousands of people. They believe in music and love and passion and you can hear it in their music. The most amazing thing about them is that they are even better when they play live. The enthusiasm and passion for the music and the fans just makes the experience a level higher than most bands can reach. I can’t wait to see them when they play in Vancouver on Sept 12!!!! (Only 1 more sleep!!)
