I miss the good old days on the C64 and Amiga

I must say, this won’t kill the scene. As people has said, this has happened before. This does show, however, that some people get really carried away in their little bitching, and that they will stop at nothing to have the biggest e-pen0r. This was unfortunate, yes, but nowhere near as big as people want to make it out to be.

I am not a scener, nor have I been, and I seriously doubt that I’ll ever be one, but I do respect the people that risk their asses to bring me the latest movies/games/music. It was way out of line to release the site info, but it wasn’t unexpected. Sooner or later someone would do something like that, I’m just glad that just one site got exposed. I hope the owner had time to close it down before the cops came knocking on his door.

MM didnt expose that topsite. CanalStreet exposed their own site they pre from due to the fact they were starting to get banned from all their sites they were on after the initial nfo about them pred.

Read the above mentioned NFO which was released early this morning before you comment calling someone an asshole and a mole and narc.

Spot on old chap; the scene has always been full of bitching and in fighting no matter who you are or what group you belong to. I left along long time ago, access to Topsites and release’s before general had an upside (obviously) but when it stops being fun its time to get out.

I miss the camaraderie of my fellow sceners but i don’t miss the bullsh1t and such like that comes with being part of the “underground”

This is big news guys, even if Canal didn’t measure up to real scene standards (come on, you real “sceners” know what I mean) They didn’t deserve this, no one does.

People’s liberty’s have now been threatened due to jealousy, Jealousy that has been caused by the polluting of already dirty waters…. (source stealing has gone on since year dot its not anything new, its just that some groups get “scene superioty complex” and start believing there own hype.
