For fans who can’t get enough signature SNL humor in this current political landscape, SNL presents three LIVE primetime half-hour specials throughout October. These topical primetime special editions will be anchored by the show’s signature “Weekend Update” and may feature surprise commentators. The live nature of the show will provide an energy and humor that is destined to be watercooler talk the next morning!

    I honestly have not seen SNL in Years, but I recall when it was not boring. In “72″ or “73″, it was seriously theee.. “Joint”, show.

    wut a lousy show. it used to be great in the 80s and 90s. That unfunny idiot Norm MacDonald fuked it up royally. after not laughing once though a few shows, i gave up on it. not worth looking at anymore.

    This “New” SNL used to be a great show with Rosanna Rosannadanna and Jane Curtin and the newscasters and the idiotic opinion reader John Belushi and the Samurai Chef and even Eddie Murphy with his “Buckwheat” skit as well as Dana Carvey and the “Church Lady” and now it is a chunk of sh^t. If I wanted to watch policial attacks that are badly attempted to come off as humor, I would watch Katie Curic or CNN or even the dweebs on MSNBC

    Why cant they just put something on TV that is actually funny without trying to make a political statement out of it. I mean jeeze, look at AFV, it has been on for well over 10 years and still going strong. Maybe it is time to start firing these dumba$$ed writers and hire people who keep their biases to themselves when they write for these shows.
