Anyway, u can use winrar to cut the files. Right click on one of them, choose "add to archive", specify the size and proceed. A good thing if u don't have an rs account is to use superuploader, have a look here : http://superuploader.net/ Thanks IMO 100mb are ok for rs, never had any pb with this size, I heard that some people had issues with 200mb files.
