Sandboxie v3.30 Incl. Keymaker-CORE
Another app. from CORE today. This tiny program actually sounds like a really useful way to fight spyware and malware, in addition to whatever other spyware battling programs you are using. It doesn’t allow what you surf online to be added to your hard disk. So at less than 1 MB, give it a shot.
Sandboxie is Windows Application that let you run softwares in sandbox. Sandboxie intercepts changes to your files and registry and disallow the application to change or write anything on your computer.
Sandboxie will create a transient storage area on your hard disk and the Sandboxed application will only be able to write in that area. If the application contains viruses or spyware, they will be trapped in the sandbox, and will disappear when you throw away the sandbox.

Sandboxie is FREE and only only if you like to support them or get some minor extra, you have to pay.
Only a nag screen appears on every startup for 3 seconds. Better then a trojan that sends spam from your computer every 3 seconds.

Does this run on vista 64bit yet? im still yet to find a version of it that will!!
At this time, Sandboxie does not support Windows Vista 64-bit
On 64-bit Windows XP, you must remove Windows Update KB932596 before installing Sandboxie.

auughhh gimme vista x64 support!!!! this is an amazing app, and should be used MUCH more often than it is- sandboxing is a BIG deal, and can save a LOT of us warez users a HELL of trouble!

One could also use something like VMWare to open rubbish in a virtual OS but if the only function someone needs is to be safe for infected files then this seems cool.

The free version just has a 5 second nag screen at start up. Its easier to download that and keep it updated direct from the site.

I’m a fanboy of this app i admit it.Not only to run keygens.But for ex:you could browse sandboxed,since more threats come from the browser(although no script for firefox or opera are already offering good protection.You can create a sandbox and make only firefox ,opera,or whatever program you want to be to connect to the internet,so it will make keyloggers useles(this feature is useful IMO for banking mode also).For more info visit sandboxie forum:

Like 27 said, looks like its just packed. Its done to keep the size down help obfuscate the code so it isn’t stolen though most unpacking isn’t difficult
