Heres the season premiere of Sanctuary, it originally started out as a series made just for the internet and has now been picked up by the Sci-fi channel who have ordered 13 episodes to begin with.

The enigmatic Dr. Helen Magnus recruits insightful forensic psychiatrist Will Zimmerman to join her in the quest to track, study and protect the strange and often terrifying creatures that secretly populate our world.

    so has anyone seen this new amanda tapping show yet.. im a huge gate fan dling this now missed the premiere, ill check it out but i think after her huge success with stargate this show is going to crash and burn.

    if this is the webseries its a sell out they stopped showing it right near the end and then promised to show more,you had to buy the episodes and they ranged fron 13 mins to 25 mins i hope its all new using what they showed because i really liked the webseries considering it was all shot on green walls.

    Episode 1 is a reshot version of the first 4 webisodes.

    The series has been picked up for 13 episodes – so I guess the first 2 or 3 will incorporate the webisodes to get new viewers up to speed and also to make the televised series a stand-alone product which does not require any previous knowledge etc etc.

    well its still dling so i still havent seen it but looking at reviews of the webisodes apartly this show is a major hit with some really good reviews. just gunna be wierd not having carter destroy a planet by blowing up a sun.. lol

    This is really good, even though you say they sold out they did a great job on the reworks. The music is awesome the acting is great etc.. I love it.

    this series is it was filmed with the actors in front of a green screen the whole time. This show seems to be very promising :)

    i’ve seen all 8 webisodes, most of them are available for free on video websites.
    the cgi could be better, there is alot of blurry backgrounds and the monsters are kinda lame, movement-wise.
    maybe that will be fixed with the bigger budget.
    either way, i really like what i’ve seen so far.

    Amanda looks hot with dark long hair, I’m not sure i’m into her Victorian age English accent, although she does it quite well.

    webisodes were good, but last night’s episode was so weak and lame. it’s as though they took out all the things in the webisodes that made them worth watching and just left Tapping’s outrageously bad british accent. i’m also disappointed that they positioned Tapping as the old matron of the series. I guess when you’re the executive producer of the show (like Tapping) you don’t have to give 110% anymore.

    well just watched the show its not bad took out some of the darkness of the original changed some of the story lines but i’ll def be watching.

    Oh my,what a terrible show. Has no one else noticed the main guy looks & acts almost exactly like daniel jackson?! & amanda tapping with a brit acent (sounds like mary poppins,english people dont speak this way anymore!) & the first episode has a g`ould like creature?! what a load of sh* t,i cant believe they created something so lame,it has another character from stargate to,so lame & unoriginal,its not green screen like the web series, still ,what a lame & stupid childrens show

    Anyone found a subtitle to this show Sanctuary S01E01-E02 yet? I’ve looked around almost all over and all I can find are the subtitles to the webisodes of last year.

    The web episodes were much much better than this. I agree they were darker too which made it much cooler. Clearly scfi made a good few changes but for the worst If you ask me.

    Web episodes were great , this was sadly just about watchable.

    Is it normal than after 4 days there are no english subtitles for this show? I only found spanish subtitles. The subs to which Am!go is refering, are for the webisodes.
