Saints Row 2 MULTi3 PAL XBOX360-WARGs

The game was posted around a week ago, but it was not confirmed that it was an original rip, but here is the PAL edition of the original game :) I can’t wait to buy this one on my 360, was a fan of the first one too

Saints Row 2 has a gameplay structure similar to Saints Row. On foot, the player’s character is capable of walking, running, swimming, climbing and jumping, as well as utilising weapons and basic hand-to-hand combat. After Saints Row was produced and work begun on Saints Row 2, the streaming engine was completely rewritten. Because of this, new air-based vehicle types and online co-operative play have been made possible, along with many new major improvements to provide a smooth, interactive world, with significant decreases in terms of glitches, bugs and pop ins. The game incorporates three difficulties: casual, normal and hardcore, which can be changed at the beginning of the game.

Set in a redesigned rendition of Stilwater, a fictional city based heavily on the cities of Detroit and Chicago, the game picks up from where Saints Row left off, with the player waking up from a trauma-induced coma in a prison hospital, five years after the events of Saints Row, only to escape the prison island and rejoin the 3rd Street Saints, the gang the series is set around. The protagonist learns that the Saints have fallen apart, and that three new gangs have risen to power in Stilwater.

Customization
The player can customize the character’s appearance even further. The player is now given the option of customizing the character’s age and weight, as well as their voice, walk, fighting style, taunts, facial expression and weapon holding. Height modification for the player was originally in development, but was later cut due to difficulties and glitches.
Combat

Side-play
Activities were first seen in Saints Row, where the protagonist would perform various tasks to earn money and respect, in-game currency used to unlock missions and progress through the storyline. In addition, numerous items and also homies could be unlocked by doing such activities. Saints Row 2 includes eleven of the twelve activities from Saints Row, including racing, snatch, escort, drug trafficking, hitman, insurance fraud, demolition derby, chop shop, mayhem, loan shark and tagging. Hijacking has been excluded from the game. All returning activities have been touched up slightly, and feel slightly different to what they originally were. In Saints Row, activities spanned out over eight progressing difficulty levels however, in Saints Row 2, activities span out over six. The protagonist also gains unlockables like strength and stamina upgrades, weapon enhancements etc for completing every three and six levels of each activity. Additionally, activities are only seen in two locations around the city, instead of three from Saints Row.

Multiplayer
Saints Row 2 now features Co-op. When playing Co-op the enemy NPC’s will get scaled up with some more health to counter the difficulty of Co-op vs. playing alone. As for competitive vs. online games modes a Moderator on SaintsRow.com forums confirmed that the only game modes will be “Gangsta Brawl, Team Gangsta Brawl” (a basic deathmatch and team version), as well as a new mode called Strong Arm. Strong Arm: Two teams will do various objectives that are featured in Single Player but have to earn more money than the Opposing team. In an added twist, each team can interfere with the other.

    Why doesn’t anyone ever post a good 360 emulator. I mean they post enough 360 games you would think someone would post a working emulator as well.

    @4. It probably ain’t worth making a emulator for xbox 360. Xbox360 costs like 150-170 Euros(arcade version).

    Xbox 360 is a powerful entertainment system developed by Microsoft, the latest among the power gaming consoles available in the market today. It combines the features of an off-line and on-line gaming console and multimedia player all contained in one attractive package. The games that can were designed for Xbox 360 look as good as the console itself. Since all the games for this are high-definition (i.e. built for really high resolution), thanks to an Xbox emulator included in the Xbox 360, you don’t need throw away many of your favorite games.

    It comes with a user-friendly dashboard interface that allows you to go through (or straight) to the options that you want by using the controller or the remote control. Its digital multimedia capabilities allow you to play your favorite movies and music and view your pictures and personal videos. You can literally throw away all your other media players and just have the Xbox 360 to provide you all the entertainment you need.

    Because of the popularity of the games that can be played on the Xbox 360, it makes sense to some to develop an emulator for it so that it would be possible to play Xbox 360 games on other platforms. This is something common actually. Game console makers use this strategy of developing emulators in order to remove the “limited game” barrier that might turn off potential customers. Remember that the game console is a “necessary evil” to the ultimate objective, which is entertainment. A game console that can claim to be able to play a lot of games from Day 1 will have a good start.

    There are two types of emulators. First is the software emulator that is installed in PCs to enable it to work on a different software program from the one which was originally installed. This allows the PC to accept the game software and play it. The second type of emulator is the hardware emulator which comes in the form of a hardware device or component that contains firmware that instructs the PC on what to do when particular game software are loaded.

    Game software developers encourage the development of emulators because it expands the utility of their software, thereby increasing their addressable market size. By doing so, their sales potential increases by a magnitude, which translates to significant profitability.

    While many say that emulators make sense, there is still a major issue regarding it. This has to do with the disclosure of specifications of the game console being emulated to the company doing the emulation. These are obviously data that game console manufacturers will be very, very, reluctant to give. It would be like committing commercial suicide for them to just give away the secrets of their products.
