Run Fat Boy Run PROPER DVDRip XviD-DoNE

The first dvdrip of a popular comedy “Run, Fat Boy, Run” from group Crackpots was almost instantly nuked for many reasons and it was about the time to see a proper. Guys from DoNE were the first to fix this British flick with Simon Pegg in the main role. As they state in their nfo, previous release was out of sync, used CBR audio and custom quant matrix. This new version fixes all of those problems. Crackpots has been releasing mainly lame unprotected games and their venture into xvid world didn’t end too well – leave teh job for real pros! Visit our first post for more movie info.

If it really so much of an annoyance to watch a movie and listen to audio that is out of sync by no more than a few micro seconds in the last 10 minutes?

While everyone else complained about a nuked release and waited angrily for a PROPER, do you know what I did?

I enjoyed another great Simon Pegg movie.

    @ Henry VIII
The first release by Crackpot was/is fine, there is absolutely no sync issues. It was nuked for no reason other than it did not comply with ’scene’ rules.

Who the hell do you think the nukers are? The rules are there for a reason, if we didn’t have them we’d be drowning in crappy quality rips. Sure it’s a pain if something you downloaded got nuked but just deal with it, the aim is always to have a definitive release out there and that’s why we need rules.

I’m not complaining in the slightest, if you read my original post I was simply pointing out the irony that someone is complaining about a release being nuked solely because of “scene rules”. Surely you can see said irony?

It’s a simple issue really, if you honestly find nothing wrong with the release then you clearly don’t care about scene rules, hence why bother taking issue with or even pointing out the fact that a rls is nuked and a new version is released which abides by the rules?

Oh and try and leave the juvenile insults out of this one. I’m sure it’s possible to talk about this without them.

Once again, you’ve missed my point. As I originally said I just found it odd that someone didn’t like the fact that it was nuked for breaching scene rules. I’m sure you can see the connection between the two of them? I never mentioned VCDquality once either, I’m merely referring to to the original post I quoted and some of the others like it.

I’m not sure what the rest of your post is trying to point out though. I’m sure you did enjoy the release and I’m sure that if you were blindfolded that you couldn’t tell the difference between the audio quality in both the releases but that’s not we’re talking about here.

Who complained about it being Nuked?. I’ve re-read the thread, and no-one complains about it being Nuked. Some people just commented on the fact, that it was’nt out of sync. And you got all uppity pretending to be the guardian of the ’scene’ rules. Did’nt you?.

‘The Scene’ rules dictated that because it had been cropped, and it has CBR audio, it was thus ‘Nuked’. Which does’nt mean its a bad release, it was a perfectly good release. Maybe Crackpot would be better just releaseing to p2p, and you’d be better eating more fiber.

Actually I never mentioned the quality of the original release, nor it’s supposed sync issues in any of my posts. As LP said, that was not the reason for nuke in the first place. Once again, all I pointed out was the irony in someone complaining about the nuke simply because of the breaching the aforementioned scene rules. Surely you can see that both are analogous?

And no, I didn’t get uppity in the slightest, I’m attempting to have a civil debate, not really sure why my diet is being called into question. :)

    “Henry VIII
The first release by Crackpot was/is fine, there is absolutely no sync issues. It was nuked for no reason other than it did not comply with ’scene’ rules.”

Now, I neither commented on any other releases quality, nor did I insinuate “protecting” the rules in any shape or form. I merely said I think they’re necessary to ensure quality releases across the board, if you read them you’d realize that. IF you disagree then fair enough, you’re entitled to your opinion.

It’s also become painfully apparent that it’s impossible to have a civil conversation with some people here so there’s no point in continuing this any further.
