Those are not ads for the Bayer company, there’s an additional n at the end of the word. Bayern is the German word for Bavaria and the track on the first screenshot is supposed to be the Chiemgau Arena in Ruhpolding (word above), Bavaria, the most famous Biathlon track in Germany.

You just have to start the game from the crack not the start thing or the desktop one or the game crashes cus the names are different so just make a shortcut from the crack and dont use the old shortcuts
