first about the nave..almos divas and road to fame, its cos the movie tell the story of these girls on the way to the “top”, the ROAD that they have to walk to get there, but the didnt quite make it. thats why in spanish si ( almost divas).

its a corny movie, directed to mx girls, so its not thaat bad. but doesnt propose nothing new. still… i give it a ..7 or so.

if you guys want to see some good mexican movies watch the work of directors Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu, Gabriel Retes, Guillermo Arriaga and Patricia Arriaga oh, and check out a movie called Vivir Mata too.

Ok so i watched this movie several months ago (About six) and all i can tell you is that it has a little bit of everything. i guess hunter is not really into this type of movies so thats why of his reaction about it… that doesnt mean that the movie is not worth watching. the movie is actually worth watching but don’t expect much from it, so when i say that it is worth watching, i mean that if you dont have much to do than watch this movie and you wont regret doing so. and uh…. i agree with hunter about the translated name of the movie.

well here is a mexican reader that knows about this movie:

plain simple, a piece of garbage, when this movie appeared here in mexico it was a major flop, nothing new or interesting just a bunch of stupid girls who can´t act, making a movie full of stereotypes, the poor girl who wants to be famous, the rich girl, etc. nothing really worth watching, all the critics here destroyed this movie in less than 5 seconds, really don´t waste your time…..
