Revolutionary Road DVDSCR XviD-ORC

DVDSCR again by group ORC. This time it’s a movie called Revolutionary Road with Dicaprio and Kate Winslet. Haven’t seen this movie yet but I don’t think it’s my genre so I’ll skip this one. Enjoy and merry christmas!

April and Frank Wheeler are a young, thriving couple living with their two children in a Connecticut suburb in the mid-1950s. Their self-assured exterior masks a creeping frustration at their inability to feel fulfilled in their relationships or careers. Frank is mired in a well-paying but boring office job, and April is a housewife still mourning the demise of her hoped-for acting career. Determined to identify themselves as superior to the mediocre sprawl of suburbanites who surround them, they decide to move to France where they will be better able to develop their true artistic sensibilities, free of the consumerist demands of capitalist America. As their relationship deteriorates into an endless cycle of squabbling, jealousy and recriminations, their trip and their dreams of self-fulfillment are thrown into jeopardy.

    Holy crap! I can’t believe they put them together again. I’m not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing but to me I think its kinda’ neat to see them together again. I hope that won’t ruin the movie seeing them both again like in Titanic. :)

    the out of sync issue appears only for about 6 seconds at the beginning of the 2nd cd, then it goes back to normal…really, nothing you should worry about…

    BTW, Rev Road is the best dramatic film this year I think, and Winslet is probably going to get another Best Actress nomination for it, and it will hopefully score a Best Picture nomination too. Hope so.

    Since it has not been posted, I watched the whole movie, there is a: "property of paramount vantage, for screening purposes only" message that pops up throughout the movie in the middle of the screen it stays up for 10 sec then goes away, no too bad, very watchable, the out of sync is nothing, it last for a few seconds and fixes itself, other that that the pic and audio are excellent, the movie was decent, the lead actors deserved the awards they received, enjoy.
