ReviewMe: MyF5
Here’s one more ReviewMe paid review: this time about an online service for managing your bookmarks and favourite addresses.
myf5.com is a free web service that lets you manage your favorite pages in remote way, with an intuitive and friendly interface, easy to use, based on little previews of your pages. The system is very simple (may be even too much): you create an user, then login with the name you picked, and you are ready to add pages to your favorites list. This list can be accessed from any pc that have an internet connection – this is a huge advance against classical method of storing the bookmarks in the browser. Once you have your favorites pages on the list, you’ll could see them surfing the MyF5 style: some thumbnails in the same window, which increase their size when you put the mouse over them, to let you navigate the pages that them contains.
MyF5 is on its Beta version, and by the moment it works fine only on Internet Explorer. The developer’s team is constantly trying to fix bugs and add new features to the system, so you can expect many changes soon. This looks like a good idea, which may turn to a pretty useful service after few more tweaks – the lacking support for other browsers apart from IE is probably the main problem right now.
