Personally I like to see English subs hard-coded on, in the way that American TV shows always end up having them. I know this isn’t the correct way but most portable media players can’t handle subs files. SO if you wanted to upload a 2CD version with subs hard-coded on, that would be awesome and perfect for a helluva lot of people. Thanks for your efforts
