ReeGed’s Drum & Bass Delirium #8

Its time for the eighth installment of Drum & Bass Delirium. This little project has come a lot further than I had initially anticipated, but it seems a lot of you are enjoying the Drum & Bass and as long as there are people downloading and I am posting for rlslog, you can be sure to find it here. Today has been a wild day in many pre channels. Lots of fake pres, so here is something you can rely on being real. This is the second pack this month with a lot of great Drum & Bass releases. Enjoy and please remember to seed.

“err, this sucks… why cant releaselog post some decent music for a change… why dont you ever post music”

sorry; I am sick of seeing those sorts of posts in music sections; so I thought I’d be the first to do one here.

Bum and ass sucks. Pendulum are quite good, learn from their ability to create actual music, considering methods and instruments other than a simple cubase loop of a broken amen break.

would appreciate a bit of disclosure about the sound/feel of these records, fwiw.

like, not love d’n'b, and I’d dig getting an education about stuff I’m not familiar with, without having to wade through the crap (as usual).

    thanks, regardless!

Thanks a lot for all your hard work, it is greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to add something, if you have nothing positive to say, please just don’t say anything. This style of music isn’t for everyone, ReeGed’s puts a lot of effort to make great torrent packs and should be thanked for it.

    June 2nd, 2008 | 06:47

It’s probably true that ReeGed has put a lot of work into making D&B Deliriums. Because of that reason, I’m sorry for posting hate. I’m absolutely sure that your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed. I don’t like it myself, but there are others who do. I understand ReeGed, and I’m sorry. Honestly. That’s my spiel. :D

“thank you! there’s seems to be a lot of 14-year old haters commenting on this, but your d&b-deliriums are much appreciated!”

    LOL.

Sorry, mister avant-garde exquisite taste. For your information, I’m an electronica fan, but I listen to good electronica, not “BEATZ YO! UP IN THE PLACE!”. Ironically, with D&B not being far from the base level pop music of electronica, you’re calling me a 14 year old? I liked this music once, and have moved on, SEVERAL TIMES.

The last time I posted RS links for the DnB Delirium some delete monkey went and reported them all, so all I’m gonna say is Google “Nightfall-Psidream_and_Pacific-NFALL001-Vinyl-2008-XTC -torrent” and you’ll find a forum or two with RS links.

    Guys,
Please upload at least the same amount that others were kind enough to let you download (perhaps fire your torrent up at night when your about to go to bed if you dont want to loose bandwidth during the day) after all someone spent good time out of there lives (when they cold have been getting laid or whatever) to bring you this gear so show a little love?

    >>Is it me… or didn’t this music die in 1996????

you idiot, Roni Size got the Mercury Prize in 1997,and d’n'b boomin’in the beginning of 2000.

Now it way be a calmer period, but the underground is still going strong.

  50. Psonyk
    June 2nd, 2008 | 17:00

    >>Is it me… or didn’t this music die in 1996????

Is it me… or do we not care if it did or not ?

    Is it me… or I don’t give a flying f**k if D&B isn’t ” all the rage right now ” since we aren’t, oh I don’t know, fashion victims ?

Is it me… or these comments do not even remotely start to deter me from still downloading and loving this ?

Is it me… or apparently this style is popular enough to warrant having a specific post in the music section ?

Is it me… or some people nowadays are faithful to ANYTHING about 2 weeks and completely spit on it when it isn’t interesting to them anymore ?

Hey, I’d lie if I’d be saying that D&B is my favorite style…but it was at one point. Does that mean I shouldn’t listen to it anymore since it’s not my number 1 music style ?

Is it illegal to listen to mutiple styles of music at once now ?

Games is my favorite category on RSLOG. Does that mean I SHOULDN’T download any movies since, I don’t know, I’m into games now and downloading movies is so 1996 ?

Faithfulness is a concept that seem to elude most people I know anymore. Sh!t, if this music made you feel so good back then, why are you avoid it like the plague now ?

I certainly ain’t and I’ll keep downloading as long as peeps are seeding and Reeged is putting it up.

Good work Reeged, keep it coming. :)

    TTTTWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!

aint got a clue have ya bwah ha ha ha ha ha basically you needed dnb before Pendulum for them to even exist so FFFFFUUUUCCCCCKKKKKKKKKKK OFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF and get your facts right!!!! oh and mate they have used the amen and also use cubase… pmsl shows how much you know!!!!! (renegade hardware has a few of there releases look into it before you make twatish quotes like that!!!;)

  53. Lasher
    June 2nd, 2008 | 18:47

sluggah, every single thing you just said, proved you are a complete tw@. Don’t even get me started on Pendulum, they are complete gash, I wouldn’t rock to that music if i heard it 20 years ago, it’s cheese.

“considering methods and instruments other than a simple cubase loop of a broken amen break” just another example of proof that your a clueless fool.

what I will say though, I’ve downloaded most of the delirium packs, and they are all complete sh*t.

you want underground stuff, they do at venues in bristol every other month. Mampi Swift, 2 in 1s, 3 deck mixing, Shy FX, stuff like that.

all theese 1 off tracks, Pendulum and stuff, it’s just cheese, boring, no point listening to it.

    @58 (Pol)
Why on earth are you using Bitlord??? Get a real torrent client like uTorrent, or at least the client that BitLord is a rip-off of (BitComet). I can’t really recommend BitComet much though since I gave up on it a while ago after it became bloatware, but I’d take it over BitLord at least.

And @ everybody who thinks all drum’n'bass is mindless jump-up, download the tracks from Charge-Blame-CHRG038-Vinyl-2008-XTC\ and listen to Stay Forever. One of the best tracks I’ve heard in a long time, regardless of genre.
