“Truth Man” has to be some idiot in a shack somewhere not industrialized, because I’ve never seen such ignorance. Most Western nations have all volunteer armies, and they must do their duty regardless of their personal beliefs. All of the soldiers that I’ve spoken to, or read their work, including Canadians, the Brits etc… feel invested in Iraq and feel as if this is their chance to make a difference in the world.

While it was true that 1 girl did get raped, you’re talking about a group of 150,000+ men. Statistically speaking, 1 rape amongst all that is phenomenal. And are all the US haters forgetting how many people were raped, tortured etc… under Saddam? Come on now. Please stop being so ignorant. Turn off your TV, and go read the works of some of the unpaid journalists out there. They’re more than willing to provide you with an unbiased glimpse.

As for the movie, it’s complete crap. It was rightfully panned by critics and anyone even slightly aware of the truth. Hollywood & Co. should probably realize that the American people, although they may not support the war wholeheartedly, do not like to see their very own military slandered by fellow Americans. Stop Loss? Redcated? complete flops. Just stop. Nobody wants to see this type of movie. At least not yet.

I really wanted to like this movie. High School level acting. What a disappointment.
