We normally don’t post many of these BD5 rips. For the people who are not sure what they are, they are the same quality as your ordinary 720p rips but allow you to play the movie on PS3, Bluray players and etc with just another step (read NFO for more info). Back to the release. DOWN have just released the720p rip of Red Dragon. The movie is a dramatic thriller starring one of my favorite actor Edward Norton, along with some other great names.

3 Years after retiring from the FBI because of a near-fatal encounter with Hannibal Lecter, who was helping him catch the “Chesapeake Ripper”, only to reveal it was Hannibal himself, Will Graham is asked by his ex-partner Jack Crawford to come solve one last case – 2 slaughtered families every full moon. They have 3 weeks until the next full moon to find the madman, but an innocent blind woman has found him first… Will Graham must risk his family’s security and his own safety to track down this one last murderer – the epitome of all evil – The Red Dragon.

    "they are the same quality as your ordinary 720p rips but allow you to play the movie on PS3" eeee they are NOT the same quality. BD5/9 suffer a small quality loss in order to fit onto a dvd.

    You have to laugh at people like #6 who seem to think rlslog actually release all of this stuff and are deliberately not releasing blu ray rips of star trek and stuff lol

    Does anyone know of a good private tracker that has BD5/9 Releases?

    Meaning that there are a good amount on public and some of my priv trackers but not even close to the pre list of what has been released by DOWN, Chakra, BDFLiX and so on

    Yes there is slight quality loss but Im all for the stand alone Blu-Ray player movement……..until everyone has a .mvk player like a divx player (wont happen)

    @22: Yeah I saw that, the bitarate difference is so small why isn;t everything released like this? (I know that's what they alsosay in the NFO)

    Other question, most MS links only have the mkv file – shouldn't there also be a .bat file for the conversion process? Where can I grab this?

    Great movie people. If you are going to get this, then you might as well get the other two movie in the Hannibal series, well worth the watch.

    @16: Sure you can turn any 360 or PS3 into a media centre capable of playing .mkv's and all other sorts of media files, the only problem with that is that your computer has to transcode the file while you're watch it. So if you don't have a brand new i7 with 3+GHz of quad core processing power, you might have to reduce the quality in order to watch it without buffering pauses :( .
