Today scene group aAF have released a film Called “Red” in DVDRip, it`s a (2008) Drama | Thriller movie directed by Trygve Allister Diesen and Lucky McKee. This movie got plenty of votes, check it out.

Plot:  Avery Allan  Ludlow (Brian  Cox) is  haunted by  the past. His only companion, a 14 year-old dog aptly named Red by his  late wife,  is the  centre of  his world  and his  sole source  of purpose  and  happiness.  However,  in  the  blink  of  an eye everything  can change.  Everything seems  to be-going  fairly well – until  three boys and  their shotgun come  along. In an instant,  his  lifelong  friend  is  gone,  the  victim  of  a malicious, meaningless act.As Averys sadness turns to a single-minded quest for  justice and redemption, he considers  his options within, and  perhaps outside, the law.

    THIS IS NOT A DUPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I have the SAPHiRE release, and it’s resolution is 624 x 352, which is DIFFERENT than this release!

    Also, the audio is different too, SAPHiRE’s is VBR MP3 at 135 kb/s.

    THINK first before you “nuke” something and give a release group a bad rap.

    Wait a tick, you say this has AC3 audio but the nfo says MP3… Still, it is slightly different: 135kb/s vs. 138kb/s
    Video remains diff. too, so yeah, it’s definitely not a dupe.

    You tards dont even know what dupe means…
    If a scene group rips a dvdrip and releases the xvid version then all other releases are marked as Duped REGARDLESS of the video size, audio or any other stup!d thing you find different. This should be nuked for dupe.
    Btw really nice movie.

    640 or 624 x 352 are all within 5% of the original (1.78:1) AR – there is no real difference between them, and even if their were this would still be a dupe, obviously.

    Ok, so if this is “nuked” for being just another copy of a movie ripped by another group (which is a terrible reason to draw unnecessary negative attention to a release)….

    Then why not nuke all the other multiple copies of other movies that are released as well?– remember all the TS copies of Transformers 2. They all go by unscathed but then suddenly a movie like this gets dumped on. How unfair.

    Warez scene makey no sensey.

    All other multiple copies of other movies ARE nuked as well. Scene groups are pretty good (usually) about making sure they’re the first to release something as they dont want it nuked.

    Thats the difference with p2p groups, they “release” whatever they want; they are not part of the “scene” and not subject to its rules. All those TS copies of transformers were most likely NOT scene releases, or they woulda been nuked too.

    Ocassionally a scene group does release a dupe for some reason like better audio, etc, but they’ll put INTERNAL in the release name, which are not subject to scene rules as its only meant for sharing internally within the group.
