You might be interested in checking out Mikogo, for free desktop sharing and remote support: http://www.mikogo.com It's very easy and is free for both commercial and private use. Plus you can share your screen with up to 10 people for web conferencing.
Also, file transfer is included. For example you can copy and paste files from your computer into the remote viewer window to send each other files.

Well Vinny, your case for Radmin being the best is because you've been using it for years? What are you comparing it to? NOTHING? Oh, well you must be right then…

I've been using UltraVNC (which is free) for years (and haven't used anything else since). IT's the best. See how r3tarded that sounds?
