This soft is crap. I made sample RAR archive with only 3 letter password "abg". After about 15-20 minutes program found the password. But it found password "oWp" Pretty usless…

lol….dont even install it.

even with a very fast pc, it takes hours for it to scan pw and in the end gives yiou errors and rarely, if never finds a password.

Hi Rumpleforeskin,

I got the Elcomsoft software, including KeyGen etc, either from here or from one of the usual 'main' torrent centres, like the piratebay or btjunkie etc.

Do a search there: look for "Advanced password recovery" etc. One of their products (which I've got) is Advanced PDF Password Recovery.

@8 Mike – The Elcomsoft software that you mentioned looks promising. Do you have any links to a cracked version? There don't seem to be any links for it on RLSLOG).
