Rambo IV PROPER R5 XviD-ENABLE

The previous R5 by BaLD went out of sync sometime during the movie. A lot of people have been waiting for the PROPER and now ENABLE (?) brings it to us. According to NFO, they’ve fixed the sync issues and improved sound quality.

Update: Disappointing. ENABLE did quite a poor job as it’s easy to tell the sync is a bit off just by watching a few minutes. The sound isn’t very good either.

Synopsis: In this latest Rambo installment, John Rambo has retreated to a simple life in a rural Thai village near the Burmese border, capturing snakes for local entertainers, and transporting roamers in his old PT boat. Following repeated pleas, Rambo helps ferry a group of Christian aid workers into war-torn Burma, where the local Karen villagers are regularly tortured and massacred by Major Tint’s sadistic soldiers. The humanitarian mission is going well, until the village is attacked and the missionaries are kidnapped, and Rambo is once again asked to transport – but this time a group of mercenaries, assembled by the missionaries’ minister on a deadly rescue mission. This time he doesn’t stay behind.

    And Jill Rambo was slaughtered by her brother, John Rambo, because he thought she was just a cross dresser. While Jill was going to Burma she “plucked her eyebrows on the way, shaved her legs and then he was a she, she said hey babe, take a walk on the wild side”

    And then John went ballistic and slaughterhoused Jill.

    The end!

    Oh yeah, John also blew everyone else apart in this film, including Jeff.

    Ok ok ok we all know we had some fun in the past with this movie… But time to stop lying… John Rambo is not Jill’s, Jeff’s, Jessica’s, Snake’s, or Rambosaurus’ brother; John is actually their father, and well he woke up on the wrong side of Jill and Jessica, and he went crazy, slaughtered every single one of his kids in Burma so they wouldn’t be traced back to him in Louisville, then he came home and walked back to his son’s (R. Rambo aka “Ronnie Rambosaurus”) farm, where along the way he has a heart attack… thus ending the Rambo clan… Forever…

    watch carefully and see it
    of course it isn’t something very annoying
    there aren’t more the 500 lines in the subs

    Jack Rambo is the one-legged arch-nemesis of Jeff, Jim, John, Jill and Snake Rambo. Jack Rambo was once once a part of the Rambo family, who later on disowned him because they found his extensive collection of CP and got hauled to jail in a partyvan.

    That’s a fact. Jack did it.

    I added a delay of 300 millisecs in ART version with AVIMux_GUI and also in Rambo IV (2008) R5 x264-JvL (same audio source) and the film WAS very good about sync issue.
    The quality of the audio is an other case…
    Still very watchable

    All ENABLE did was take the audio and make it so that the sounds match when it switches back and forth, and they tried putting the sync back in, but with not much prevail. Man, I was eve downloading the Universal DVDR just for better quality, and I removed it!!!

    Rest in pieces, Jill, Jessica, Jeff, Snake, Rambosaurus, and John Rambo… I’m done with this sync and repack and rereleases.

    sorry not much info on this one except its the full movie i havnt seen the pukka
    verison but i checked the sample and its not the tc re-encoded well from my eyes
    anyway
    skimmed through no watermarks or black and white scenes and i have been assured
    its got the missing scenes and ending the pukka tc didnt have

    haven’t been impressed with ANY of these releases, i downloaded the UNIVERSAL dvd-r, it was out of sync as the rest of them, and it was the most poorly authored dvd i have ever used. shame cos it was a fairly good film, but we bit our lips and bared our way through it
