Wow, i just woke up and 2 GREAT DVD screeners were released about an hour ago. Here is the first its Quantum of Solace which im sure many of you have been waiting for, i actually just went and saw this at the cinema last nite, so enjoy! (Since this is a DVD screener there is most likely black and white screens in it, not 100% sure though)

Quantum of Solace’ continues the high octane adventures of James Bond from ‘Casino Royale’. Picking up literally days where the previous film left off, after being betrayed by Vesper, the woman he loved, 007 fights the urge to make his latest mission personal. Having captured Mr. White, and in pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, Bond and ‘M’ interrogate Mr. White who reveals the organisation which blackmailed Vesper to steal Bond’s casino winnings is far more complex and dangerous than anyone had imagined.

    On one hand its great that we have a watchable screener so soon.

    On the other hand though, the image looks very muted and washed out – I wonder if the source is at fault here or the encoding.

    I skimmed through the movie, I didn’t see any watermarks or ‘property of’ text…

    even if you rename the file it will still get blacklisted!!!
    as i just try renaming it to a few different names! and it does not appear on my RS account, even as a free uploader it say file is black listed.

    each .rar would need would need be a different size then it would upload i beleive.
    really there no point in anyone uploading this film on RS as it would just be deleted after about 10-15 minutes, as my links already been deleted twice now! so i aint gonna bother again.

    top movie – the image on the version i watched seemed a little washed out (lacking color) has ‘for your consideration’ pop up. No black and white or watermarks. A touch overcropped aswell. Try to get a 2cd version IMO – it’s worth it.

    SOME QUESTIONS !

    First off, I downloaded the Coalition repack and started to watch it.

    I immediately noticed the slightly washed-out colors, plus the image seemed a bit dark in general.

    Some people also mentioned that it had been over-cropped.
    That definatey seems to be the case.

    Watch the first scene after the title song, where the “For Your Consideration” message first appears.
    The bottom half of this message is cut-off, so clearly a sign of over-cropping.

    I’m not moaning, this is free after all, but this is Bond, and I’m going to wait for a top-quality version.

    SO, MY QUESTIONS !

    Is the Devise version better in all respects (better colors, not over-cropped etc.) ?

    After downloading this movie from another site where the links work all i can say is i’m very glad i did not pay to watch this rubbish at the cinima, its just another avarage action flick and just rips off the Bourne movies and that’s very sad, bond is totally humorless and rather dull and the villan is a very very weak character, the best thing about this movie is the music.

    just dl the full size dvdscr and half to say after playing it on my 14inc lcd comp screen the picture is crap i mean as screeners go this is a 6/10 for pic quality just aswell im on 20mb and it only took just over an hour or i would be annoyed!

    NOTES:
    This is a rip of the dvdr released by xpress……
    The source is good but not for a screener of any sort.The picture was interlaced,dull,colourless
    had black borders down the top,bottom and right handside…..also there was some video noise.
    The audio was really good though,just a touch on the quiet side.

    the STG repack is the best quality bond rip to date, but i can’t find links for those and i don’t have it. so, here are some fresh rapidshare links for Quantum.of.Solace.REPACK.DVDSCR.XviD-COALiTiON (which is really good, itself – i mean, come on…it’s a dvdscr…you know you’re going to get the dvdrip when it eventually comes out :P )

    Correct, we have a troll here, some little tw4t that is reporting every set of links except his own, my set went down, not deleted, they are still in my RS account, but blocked because they could not prove what was in it, but because it had been reported ! which means some little w4nker here reported them. so i will not be posting the links for the STG repack i have already uploaded.

    I had somewhat the same idea. I noticed it after the Batman release. I have never seen links drop so fast. I tried d/l links posted 2hrs b4 hand and they were useless. I think some dumb little jerk is reporting the links… Or the companys them selves have caught on.

    Ok craig is one of the best 007,thats a fact but the franchise gets dumber every movie,where are the girls bond make love to?where are the toys?just a cell that can track?now thats very innovative better stick to the 80’s and 90’s….
