Psychic Kids Children of the Paranormal S01E01 WS DSR XViD-OMiCRON
Paranormal State is a great show, and this is sort of a spin-off of that show. With Medium Chip Coffey psychologist Dr. Lisa Miller, more info about the show bellow. I’m a big fan of most paranormal shows, not medium shows like John Edward etc, but like Most Haunted and Ghost Hunters. OMiCRON has released the first episode of this new series, Chip Coffey is prettey good in Paranormal State so I hope this show is good.
Edit: I just noticed audio missing from 26:47-26:55, this has not been nuked yet, but it may be. I doubt we will see a PROPER, maybe a REPACK but it’s doubtful.
Show Summary:
When your child comes to you and says, “I see dead people.” What do you do with that information? There are parents who are scared and isolated with problems that they often keep quiet – issues dealing with their children’s paranormal abilities. Now, thanks to Medium Chip Coffey and renowned psychologist and Columbia University professor, Dr. Lisa Miller, help is on the way.
Each one-hour episode features three kids who ultimately are brought together by Chip and Lisa to learn how to cope with their gifts and to realize they are not alone. From seeing dead people to frightening abilities to predict the future, Chip and Lisa will uncover the truths and help the terrified and gifted..
Episode Plot: The Ghost of Freddie
Chip and Lisa meet Faith, an eight-year-old girl who is seeing the ghost of a young boy named Freddie. Faith is scared to talk about what she sees with anyone outside of her family, and her parents are extremely concerned. Chip and Lisa introduce her to Jillian and Ahli, two psychic girls of the same age who also see spirits. The girls find validation in their work with Chip, and Faith’s family discovers some history about the ghost of Freddie that will forever change the way they view her abilities.

This show is bad… and wrong in so many ways!
Yeah… teach your kids (with a little help from some hack of doctor who most likely simply bought the diploma?) that their imaginary “ghost friends” are real and it’s normal that only “gifted/special” kids see them. Years later when little Hannibal’s imaginary “ghost friend” tells him to start slicing and eating people, who do we blame then?
I bet these kids are just laughing their heads off at the grown-ups who swallow up everything they say.

You could not be more right. These kinds of shows are brutal for children. Not only are they teaching these kids with issues with dellusions that they are real when in fact ghosts, magic, seeing into the future, ESP and total QUACK doctors ARE A FRAUD. It’s teaching other people not to bother with being skeptical about these kinds of shows and it’s ok to treat your kids like pay cheque.
How dare a ruthlessly bad ‘psychologist’ even dare throw the respected science in the garbage for the rest of the people in that field. This is damaging these children for the future.
Unless of course IT’S ALL STAGED in the first place. Just like saying ghosts are real. It’s a lie.

if you’d taken the time to look into the series then you would know that it’s a therapeutic approach where accepting the patient’s stories as true is key in revealing what’s behind the story
it is a real life documentary and in being so does not in any way suggest psychic abilities as real, it’s just about disturbed kids who think they are and they try to find out why

Yes, I realize that and agree that she does seem like a “quack”. However, her Ph.D. is not from a diploma-mill – its from the U of Pennsylvania. I was just uncomfortable with discrediting a person’s degree based just on the person’s current practices.

My 10 year old nephew said an adult that follows a kid is a fool. And that your nephew is probably a sissy like his uncle.
I had to laugh!
He’s a kid and I mentor him, but the kid decides for himself and doesn’t take to people bullying. He purposely has been taking boxing and martial arts in competition for 4 years now just for that reason cause he knows there’s lots of morons out there who think they can take advantage. This kid is smart and driven.
Oh yah, he said what’s really disturbing is that you have nothing to say yet you open your mouth. No one want to listen to your crap. Have respect for other people’s conversations as they would have the same for yours.

#1: People treat kids with more dis-respect then they deserve. Who said that a 12 year old is more impressionable than an adult? I image it would depend on the individual. I know some 12 year old, or even 8 year old that are fare more sensible then many adults. Also, I think your comment that “Q: How can you tell when a 12 year old girl is lying?

#2: Unless you have proof that any of this (including ghosts) are not real, what gives you the right to tell people that believing in them is stupid? There may not be much evidence that they do exist, but I’d love for you guys to find some evidence that it does not exist! It’s all hearsay, just like God and all religions. What scientific ‘proof’ do we have that god exists? None. Yet people are not so easy to dismiss god… But ghosts? Nah, they can’t exist! Impossible.
People need to grow up and get a life, and just live with the fact that some people believe in ghosts, some people believe in god and some people don’t believe in either. There is no scientific evidence either way that any of them exists, but there sure isn’t evidence that they don’t exist either!
I would like every one to know that i KNOW Jillian Personally, I have known Jillian for 8 years. Jillian is not a lier. She is a very shy girl that is beautiful and smart. When I found out that she had been seeing and speaking to ghost’s I was so excited because when I was 13 I saw a ghost that was my grandfather. I was terrified I screamed and closed my eyes. I wish that I hadn’t been affraid I that I could see another ghost. Jillian wasn’t alarmed so she still see’s them.She is not a fraud there is to much truth that comes from what she says. I think God gave her a gift, That I wished I could have again. Lets remember that you didnt come to this site by accident.
