I'm using it with VST Host DSP plugin for Winamp. I just wanted to see if it's any better than the Anwida VST.
Anyway… I'll stick to Anwida.

Why would anyone try to use this in winamp
It's for Daw's and audio editor's
Not a media plugin
I guess you could use it in winamp if you use it with VST Winamp Bridge but it's a mastering plugin

The VST plugin does absolutely nothing for me. I loaded it up into Winamp, played with the controls and presets but didn't get any audible difference… just some clipping.

linear phase equalizer is mainly used for the mastering process.
Not in real time because you will get alot of latency
