Prison Break: wow!
I’ve talked to one of my friends today and the discussion came about tv series. I’m quite busy in real life and prefer watching movies, so there’s not many tv shows which I know, from these tons aired daily. The only two which I’ve tried were Joey and LOST. Both are pretty good, especially Lost is a masterpiece, but there are also the others, which gets thousands of peers every day. So to shorten the waiting for new episode of Lost, which comes nowadays only once in two weeks, I’ve decided to try something new. And the final decision came to “Prison Break”.
I wasn’t expecting a lot about this, but to be honest, it totally gobbled me up. These directors and scenarists really know how to make the end, which forces you to watch also another part. I’m of course starting from the beginning, with episode no.1 and till now I reached episode 5, just in few hours, one after other. The enviroment of Prison Break remind me great movie “Shawshank Redemption” so much, just in a little newer background. The main actors, for me totally unknown until today, fit really good into their roles, music and camera are also pretty good. I’ve the queue of 10 episodes before me, but I don’t have fear about having problems watching it just in few days 
Simply, another great tv show - if you don’t know it, give it a try, you will not regret…

It was great until yesterday’s episode. I think they are running out of ideas….
yeah, I think there will be something about this, because it looks they could run away in next one or two episodes, almost everything prepared and clear, and I watched only first 5 parts…

but at least you’re onto prison break, and that’s progress, and that’s what matters. i would recommend 24 and the shield if you’re looking for more tv shows. oh yeah (the commercial just came on) house is pretty phucking hilarious…damn i love house.
before anyone asks, no i do not work for FOX or any of its affiliates, just like the shows.

of course I know Friends and 24, but Lost, Joey and this Prison Break is what I prefer now…

Lost (genius!)
Alias (highly recommended)
Battlestar Gallactica (just finished season 1, good show)
24 (no brainer)
Grey’s Anatomy (funny and engaging characters)
ER (one of the best shows IMO)
CSI: Las Vegas (best in the series)
will try Prison Break.
i haven’t been watching lost lately. it’s been pissing me off. i can miss like 3 weeks of episodes and i still have missed basically nothing. it’s been running in sand. a man can only take so many flashbacks. i understand they’re trying to develop the characters, but it’s at the expense of the story (imo). btw, is that dude still locked in the armory?
Prison Break is the most intense of TV shows… My fav. episodes were the riot ones.
Now I’m watching NT every day to see when the next episode leaks (DVD SCR’s a few days early are the best thing ever.)
I got bored of 24 after season 1, Lost turned into a soapy drama so I ditched that as well after the first half of season 1, Alias was nice until season 3 after wich it turned into a soapy drama as well. Not even mentioning all the reality shows, can’t stand that stuff..
What I concider good shows:
- Prison Break
- Numb3rs
- Masters of Horror
- Battlestar Gallactica
- Invasion
- Surface (yeah! we’re all gonna die!!)
- Threshold (we’re all gonna die some more!!)
- Stargate: Atlantis (I can’t stand SG1)
- Dr. Who 2005
- Snuffbox (same guys from Garth Marenghi’s Darkplace)
And of course:
- South Park
- Simpsons
Plus if you’ve never seen it get Invader Zim.. Craziest damn cartoon ever made.
There are some familiar actors in Prison Break: John Ambruzzi (Peter Stormare) was the mad russian guy on MIR space station in Armageddon movie. Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) was Drakula in Blade 3, and he played the lead role on another cancelled TV show John Doe.
Lost and PB are good shows, but there are some better on the TV: Firefly, Scrubs, Nip/Tuck, 24, DH, House. Both of them are great.
hmm i dont thing Prisonbreak is worth using BW on, the actors are BAD,and where is this map of his? all dragons and bs. Nah Lost kicks PBs fictional ass.
Yeah I dont particularly like this either. Every week some seemingly disastruous obstacle appears at the end of the episode, only to be easily delt with at the beginning of the next. Not to mention the overbearing morality of the show.
You want a good prison drama, get some episodes of Oz.
ya prison breal is good.but unfortunaly for from reality.everybody who been in high sec prison will say so .
but there still some good scenes in it ,like the riot scene etc.. the inbreed Tbag guy is cool allright ,when they popup the heat , when he says why can I be transfered someplace cooler,like africa… and than they fuck them gaurds up…ya
