The season opener finds Michael Scofield in Sona, a hellish and deadly Panamanian prison where a previous riot has forced all authority out and has left the prisoners in charge of their own lives (and deaths). Prison Break gives you great action and story in just 40 min and you just cant stop watching it =)

Actually Michael doesn’t even find out about Whistler until the end of last night episode entitled ‘Orientation’. The search for Whistler should be in next weeks episode. I found that TV.com also has similar misinformation on their site.
Last nights episode was more about introduction of new characters, to show us how the older characters mesh with their new prison mates and to show us how hardcore Sona really is.
It wasn’t a bad episode at all, in my opinion. It left me wondering enough to make me want to watch again next week.
While I doubt that the show will ever regain the suspense and creativity shown during season 1, I do believe this season will be better than season 2… kick ass.

Stop comparing LOST with HEROES and PRISON BREAK ! they are 3 completely different shows with completely different stories and characters. Each one is unique and great .

I can’t stand to see how badly this show is sinking and dying. From the outstanding first season, through the ridiculous second season, it is now hitting new lows at it starts off this third season.
An extremely wanted American, locked up in an unguarded, rulerless Panamanian prison…along with two other Americans, a former corrections officer and a former FBI agent. Surrounded by supposedly the worst criminals of Panama. Who all speak english. C’mon. Panama?? The country that owes its entire existence to America because they built a canal through it. And these prisoners have not been extradited immediately?

I agree that season one was great! I won’t say anything to ruin the experience for you with respect to season two. Its just that to see them all finally escape from prison and then spend the entire second season running across the country chasing after the money, only to ultimately get locked up in a Panamanian prison…it seems like it was all a set-up for season three in the Sona prison.
